I got most of my order, but my drink was missed. It is on the receipt so I dont get why it was missed. If there been a problem why wasnt I called instead of it just being shrugged off until I noticed about it.
A little bit of a wait with only two working, but they did very well preparing my order.
They sold me a sandwich with rotten turkey meat on it today I wonder how many other people got the rotten turkey meat. It had the smell and taste of turkey that has been set out the fridge for a day or two and then thrown back in the fridge. Very disgusting. I tried to get them to answer the phone so I could warn people but they will not answer.
They are awesome. Always has my order ready when I get there to pick it up. Very nice and friendly people
I tried the new Italian sub with pepper jack cheese. The manager I'm guessing she was cuz she new everything made us perfect sandwhichs and was very nice. The store was clean and tge other customers love her. She talks to people nicely and respectful to others
I only went there cuz it's closer to where my dad lives I usually go to the one on East Gudgell road and hub Street here in Independence Missouri cuz that's just right up the street from where I live and walking distance. I don't go as often as I used to in the past because prices have went up on their food and if I'm not getting coupons in the mail from them then I really don't go I only go when I get coupons in the mail from them and if I'm going to spend big money trying to eat out I will go somewhere that offers a variety of different foods but like I said the coupons that they send in the mail helps out a great lot if it wasn't for the coupons it would be pretty expensive to eat out so I hope Subway never stops sending those coupons out it helps people that are on a fixed income that wants to go out to eat be able to have that choice to be able to go out to eat and save some money doing it. So that is why I'm giving it four out of five stars.

A couple years back, I came to this subway and the person handling the food was sick as heck and just sneezing and coughing loads of snot into his shirt. Avoided it because of this.Just recently came back and the staff was very nice and made the sandwiches with top marks. Way better than the previous experience I had with them.
They had like 2 of the slowest employees working there 20 minutes just to pick up a doordash order that was not even ready time I got there and the sad part is they wasn't even that busy they only had two other customers in the restaurant
Very good sandwiches could say something about the price though anyways i recommend going and treating yourself to some delicious sandwiches
