Just wanted a cup of coffee. Told the coffee was old. One one offered to make fresh. So no coffee. Aren't you a " coffee house "?
Why have Expresso Frappachinos on the menu, when they are not made with expresso, but the exact same as Coffee Frappachinos??When you ask for an expresso Frappuccino with expresso shots, not frap roast that comes in a coffee frap, and they want to charge you for all of the expresso shots. Anything to make a buck and not what the customer wants. Guess this store wants to forgo 2 drinks a day, everyday....
As far as Starbucks goes, it's ok. The location is weird and the drive thru is always backed up but thats not really their fault. I just with the employees were more friendly.
I would rate it 0 but thats not an option here. This is before any drinks were taken. Just goes to prove that you pay for the ice more than anything else!! This is ridiculous, why would I order a large coffee no ice and get a small in return. I will never go to this specific store again!!
They have great coffee and get my order right everytime. But...The parking and drive thru is a horrible set up. ? I wish that it was easier to get in. I have had to pass on Starbucks for the day because the drive thru is blocking the parking option.
Fast, friendly and efficient. Wish they’d carry more of the seasonal products as they seem to run out very quickly. Disappointing to not have some of the favorite menu items but seems to be across all stores.
Drive thru line was long so we hopped in and got our drinks, saved us a few minutes and with gas prices the drinks were practically half price!
Ordered a coffee traveler with 30 min of advance notice, and it was ready on time! Not only that, but it was generously set up with lots of the “additives.” The customer service was great, too! I’m definitely coming back next time I need a coffee traveler. However, the line at the drive-up window is always long.
All I can say is, I order agave syrup packets at every other Starbucks in America. But this Starbucks doesn't have honey stocked or agave syrup packets. But they're more than willing to charge you for another liquid sweetener. I was very irritated to say the least. Not going back to this one ever! What do I expect? For them to stock the sweeteners which they don't charge extra for!
I walk in this morning to get a coffee and before im served a gisgruntled worker is making comments about a mans penis. Then i watch her in her frustration burn herself. But only after her exposed breasts are proposing nothing but sores ss im getting my drink. Should i go back? You tell me.
