I spend $17-20 a day on Starbucks (guilty pleasure). My drinks are typically good but I noticed some things lately. 1- Whomever is making my drinks and I order OATMILK they constantly put whole milk and I'm lactose and I feel it instantly. Sooo not cool, secondly it's not OUR FAULT you're running out of caramel (worker told me that). If I pay over $1for EXTRA CARAMEL DRIZZLE , I want JUST that. Even if I ask for the line it's barely some in there. Don't short the customer because we're paying for IT!!! I'm not getting it free, I spend good money daily and it's starting not to be worth it. Might consider making my drinks at home because this is getting ridiculous.

By far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to.they will get your order wrong every time when it even says the correct order on the sticker just left 5 minutes ago with the wrong drink. they honestly need to close this location for good it’s had way too many problems the past 2 years

They yelled out happy birthday when I used my app to get my free drink. Friendly location. Always my favorite store.

Recently in the last month, I placed two orders online both for less than $10 and on both orders I was charged $25 each ($50 for two coffees and two bagels). I am very disappointed because it is an abuse what they do by charging an amount that does not correspond

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for 5 years and everyone has always been super nice up until today. They hired a new guy his name is Connor. They got my drink wrong and he was being super rude to me and I don’t appreciate it.

Staff very rude. Ordered coffee with cream. Server added milk. I told her it was suppose to be cream. After looking at ticket she agreed it was cream. On the way out made comment I'm ready to get out of here. Last time there

Not as busy as usual but the parking lot was insanely busy. They honestly need to move to a more easily accessible location. Even if it's in the row of buildings facing it sideways. It would give it more parking as well. But it wouldn't be too awfully much better as far as getting in and out.Inside the store was clean, tables wiped down, counters as well.Several employees were standing around. A few talking amongst themselves. 2 maybe 3 working drive thru. Another walked in, manager (?) this one asked if I was ready to order then directed me toward the register if I was. I declined adding that I was waiting on someone who stepped out.Once they returned we were looking over the menu when someone (finally) asked if we were ready to order. I am terrible at deciding when I go here just so everyone knows that. So anyway, my daughter had already decided what she wanted or at least narrowed it down to two.So I told the barista what I enjoy or felt like and she gave me her suggestion, I agreed instantly with her suggestion. Sounded great and tasted great.

Took my wife to get some frap something with extra Expresso. The only thing I like is the dragon fruit drink. I'm not really a coffee drinker. But the wife was happy so they did a good job. The people there were very friendly and even explained a drink to me even though they were very busy. My only recommendations would be work on the drive thru. The line is backed up to the street.

I ordered pick up through drive thru and unfortunately it was going very slow. Due to staffing issues everywhere I can understand the reason. The drinks were still delicious and the service is always so great.
