The food was okay. The parking situation is a NIGHTMARE though! Drive thru line goes right in center of parked cars, so you cant get out when it gets backed up..... & those in line have no room to pull around & leave the line either....so its just 40 min stuck in the lot
We Started going to Sonic to get ice cream because our go to dairy Queen failed big time!! 3 times going to dairy queen the blizzards we're so soft they couldn't flip them over like they were known for! It was more like a shake! Lucky for my husband and I sonic has amazing icecream and their blasts are fantastic and the way they should be. I just wish they had a couple more additions to their blasts. Maybe turtle pecan? Or Heath!Just a suggestion! Great place, friendly service!
Prompt service when placed order and when delivered, very clean atmosphere. Only dock I give is the employee couldn't count back my change correctly, don't get me wrong I am the by far horrible at it myself however someone else may not be so kind and understanding. Really you see alot more of this today and I completely understand we have to work but this could still b bad on so many levels.. Not knowing how to count a customers change back to them!!
This is not the closest Sonic to my house but I think this might be my new default sonic. My food order was right. My drink order was right. I didn't have to wait f*o*r*e*v*e*r or remind anyone that I existed. Lunch came out promptly and deliciously. I was so, so pleased and so was my kiddo who had her first taste of cherry sprite. All around super fun little stop off on the way to a doctor's appointment.
If I could rate 0 stars I would. This location has gone downhill! It seems every time I go it's a staff of teenagers who clearly don't care about the customer. One girl asks you to repeat yourself multiple times on the simplest order giving the impression she isn't even paying attention, and the girl who took my order today didn't repeat back what I ordered so when I clarified she agreed that's what she put the order in as. I explained that she confused me because she read it back different and she said "....ok? Is that all?" (I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger and it didn't have bacon on it. I look at the receipt and she rang it up as a regular double.) The girl at the window screamed obnoxiously loud as if I was 10 feet away from her and acted like she'd rather be anywhere else. I will not be going back even though it's the closest Sonic to my house. Management needs to clean house and hire some respectful people that actually listen and care about the customers.***EDIT*** 4/26/22My kids wanted ice cream so we ordered for delivery. Their shakes were completely wrong, they ordered brownie batter and got Oreo, also got a kids meal burger and paid extra to add cheese. We didn't get the cheese and it had ketchup, mustard, and pickles when we wanted only cheese. Our order wasn't difficult. What does it take to hire polite people that actually pay attention and do the job correct? It's being overran by disrespectful teens that don't have customer service skills nor reading skills apparently. Management and corporate do nothing about these issues it seems. Shameful.
This place is a joke!! Don't waste your money!!! We ordered a dbl chz burger no lettuce or tomatoes and this is what I got!! I did not order bacon. That's what the BLACK chunks are. I put them on my black plate. Plus the other burger was a bacon chz burger that got NO bacon. Thank God! Disgusting!! Plus my burger didn't have the onion, pickels and dressings! Food was cold. This location does not have gravey. They keep advertising it on tv but nope not at this location. Asked for chili/chhese tots was chargef$1.50 extra for chili/cheese. Receieved no chili. Chicken strips were just a little larger than McDonqlds nuggets. Tiny should not be called.strips at this size for that price Over all not impressed and propably won't be going back here for meals.A chicken strip meal hete is not even equilivant to a McDonalds happy meal. Very disappointed.
This location I have had more problems with my food here I will never be going here again and I recommend you to save your money and eat somewhere else. They can't even make a rootbeer float right you want to charge me $5.73 for but have no clue how to make it now I know why she only gave me a straw at first it had no ice cream in it I pretty sure a rootbeer don't cost that much I guess however you have to steal from your customers you will do it
Got food poisoning twice now from them !Ordered two corn dogs tonight and the dough was uncooked . Never again . Count your days sonic
Always enjoy Sonic's food. Although I don't eat beef, there is always a good chicken something on the menu
