App made me go to this location, they didn't even have the item I ordered on the app available!! And it was like talking to a 2yr old!! I asked for the manger, said she wasn't available, I have called SERVERAL times, apparently they are not trained to answer phones! Manager from Noland rd told me to call the sonic #, and they would help in some way!! ABSOLUTELY DID NOT!! waste of my time! Will never go back! And just to inform anyone from Sonic that responds back, asking me to call or email... Because my feedback is APPRECIATED... forget it! Ur waisting ur time!

Sonics in general tend to have pretty terrible service but this particular day as the lady refused to fix her mistake a lady named Staci took care of me totally and completely and realized my day wasn't going to well but the serve I receive was not a figment of my imagination, rather I had received poor customer service! She ensured me that it was not how I should've been treated fixed it and I left a little happier than I came in! Thank you for taking accountability and beyond that fixing the problem. Your service is what the world needs more of!?

I ordered 2 large slushies which were not slush. We usually go there every other day and this my first bad experience. If the manager would have done something to make it right I would have let it go. Sad that a manager says oh well, I’m sorry and hangs up the phone. NOT HAPPY!!!!

If you like sour candy you gotta try the sour patch kid watermelon scrumptious slushie float. Like seriously it's delicious. I order an extra cup of vanilla ice cream cuz Why not lol.

Next time, please throw in a fork, salt, and catch up like I requested. Chili cheese coneys are a bit too messy to eat without a fork! And someone, please, please, please teach the kids how to make change! My order was $6.15. I gave the young lady $21.15. It took several people and a calculator for her to figure out I needed $15 and change. I do not blame the young lady who took my money, but I do blame educators and trainers, including managers, who should know this stuff!! Two stars because the young man who took my order was very friendly, as was the young lady who took my money and gave me my food. Unfortunately, one of them did not listen even though they confirmed condiments I wanted.

My s/o and I were door dashing and waited over an hour for the order. We waited at the stall for almost 25 minutes before going up to the door. Then we were told a supervisor would work on the order. Waited another 25 minutes for them to bring us the order and no one ever did. We finally went through the drive thru since they were getting through the drive thru faster. When we finally got up to the speaker box we were told they didnt have a name under our customers name which was a lie bc we had already spoken to 2 employees about our order. We made it up to the window and finally got our order after being there for an hour and 10 minutes. The manager didnt even bother to come and apologize for the mess. We talked to multiple customers who had been waiting 30+ minutes for just drinks while we were there. Overall a bad experience.

Ordered 5-10-2022 4:16pm. Burgers we're terrible. Bread was old, hard, and breaking apart. Meat also had been sitting for a while evident by the texture and hardness. Fiancee wanted hers replaced, went back and off start the lady in charged had an attitude. We pay our hard earn money to keep these establishments running, but terrible customer service and terrible food quality is keeping me far a way from this location.

Terrible food! order two double deluxe cheese burgers, the bread was hard and the meat was cold. I went back up there and told them about it. They made a new burger and it was still terrible, I just threw it away. I guess whoever made the food the second time had a attitude and put hell of pickles on my burger trying to be funny!! if the employees doing that it's no tell what else they are doing. SMH Place is trash ?️ and need to be shut down I'll never eat anything from sonic again!!!

They need to help and train the male workers in the am shift on how to multitask and prioritize. I go every am for just a drink. They are always very slow unless there is no cars. Many of times they are seen just talking and not getting product ready. Maybe more training on how to serve customers. They are friendly just need to be trained better. Also that if drink only people are in a line you can bring the drink out to the customer while waiting on food for other customers. Waited for 15 minutes this am and left before getting drink. Too slow.
