The last time they had 50 cent corn dogs we went as that's what we usually do for dinner on those days. One, the corn dogs are cooked in such big batches (which we understand because we know they're sold in such big quantities) that they are way underdone inside. I'd rather wait the extra time for them to actually be cooked right. Second, on this particular day, we asked for onion rings and was charged for onion rings, but when we got to the window, the young man informed us that they were out so we settled on fries but he still was charging us for the rings. He could tell my husband was getting irritated but acted pretty nonchalant about it which only added fuel. He said the cook told him they probably had enough rings for the large order that we had initially ordered. We got our order only to find the bag for the rings half full, most of it was pieces of rings and most of it was separated (breading and onions), not to mention how much grease was sitting at the bottom of the bag. We tried to say something but the young man didn't really care and just shrugged and said sorry.We stopped by this one because it's literally right down the street from us and we were stopping on our way to our son's class. We didn't exactly have time to stay and argue about it. This isn't the first time we've had this problem with them. We only stopped at this location because of convenience, otherwise would have went to a different one.Time wise, in the past, they have been extremely slow. I stopped there after my daughter got off work because it was late and we would still be waiting at the stalls for at least 30 mins or more. Will probably go to other locations permanently from now on.
I usually have had good luck at this Sonic location. Big fan of their onion rings. However within the past week I had attempted to order the onion rings (a few days apart) and both times I was told they were out. The second time the cashier told me..."yeah, we're out of a lot of things."...not the best thing to say to a potential returning customer. Anyway, you may want to stay away from this location for a while...not sure if it's a management issue or supply chain issue.
Waited a long time to even get my order taken, had 4 kids with me so it was a fairly big order, I ordered, watching each item go up on the screen. Finished the order and was about to insert my card to pay...and then the screen went blank and the employee said "yeah you will need to repeat your order" I decided to just go elsewhere. That wasn't the first time at that location that I've had issues. I typically avoid this sonic but it is close to my house and the kids were really wanting it. I ended up driving to the sonic on 40 hwy. It's ran a lot better, and the staff are always kind.
Sonic no longer has an "Atmosphere" your lucky if your order is right. I would touch their food with a 10 foot pole, far too greasy and the same ingredients, re-hashed in a new shape. The drinks are outstanding, but they need to learn that less is more and shorten the drink menu. And since there aren't any shortages of ice or high fructose corn syrup they should consider dialing back thier drink prices and not ONLY at happy hour.
Burnt my bacon, but everything else was fine I guess. Had to send the guy back inside to get our sauce that was on the receipt. Meh sonic. The kids working look like they need some water (it’s 95 out today) they look exhausted
I ordered cheese fries where ya know they put the cheese melted on the fries. They gave me a SLICE of cheese, charged me 30 cents for it, and plain fries. Who in the hell would think that’s what I wanted???? My orange slush I ordered they also messed up, it’s gross. What can you expect from rude teenagers I suppose.

Ordered mozzarella sticks and onion rings. They left out the mozzarella sauce which wasn’t a big deal, but it looked like they threw them on the floor then put them in the bag.. so appetizing.. i think I’d rather just wait in the wataburger line.. this place is really going downhill
I ordered a blast, got one that wasnt correct, I got a cookie dough with brownie peices and only got cookie dough... I told them i ordered this and was wondering if they could fix it and they said yes. 30 minutes pass... No one comes out so i call back and ask when someone is going to correct my blast and the lady said oh no ones come out yet? She came out 10 minutes later to grab the wrong blast and my receipt. I waited another 15 minutes before someone came out with the right blast. They werent that busy either within the 30 minutes of waiting at first i saw 3 cars enter the drive up and maybe 5 in the drive thru
Got my chess burger wrong. Not the 1st time this has happened.. sad because it was good but very dry and no veggies on it. You don't know these things till you get home. Always ask them to read back your order.
