This Sonic location has consistently been a bad experience for me after moving to the area a few years ago. Today was the last straw. Got two blasts with up-charged extra mix-ins and after getting home to eat them realized it was just soft serve with a sprinkle of toppings. They also don’t provide receipts so you can’t contest your order. They have repeatedly gotten orders wrong, not given us items, and/or shorted items.Picture shows just the soft serve after eating the top 1/2” with the toppings.Don’t think I’ll be back
Food was on point the delivery to the car came with a smiling face everything was right with the order. Oh yes the strawberry shake was great when you go make sure you try one.
Friendly staff! Hair under my fish sandwich bun and I nearly broke a tooth on the fish patty itself. Fries were soggy and cold. Very disappointing. Nice kids they got working for ‘em though!
Best BLT in town, especially with extra bacon and tomatoes. Quick service, friendly service...always a good choice for food on the go.
Corn dogs were so hard and old I couldn't even bite them. They have really went downhill, will never order them again.
Staff was friendly and service was fast! They also have a drive through.
Usually, get through the drive thru pretty quickly and food always seems fresh and good
I really like Sonic,and me and my son love their cheddar bites. Doesn't take long,always gets order right.
Sonic is horrible! I've given this location and the one on 16510 23rd st so many chances, but I have to say sonic is terrible. This location takes forever to make the meal and the food is ALWAYS COLD. I tried contacting higher ups but no one has gotten back to me and that was 12/27/2021. Its ridiculous how much they want for a burger but i have to go home and warm it up, Very unprofessional and unorganized of them. (As you can see the cheese on the burger isn't even melted that burger was cold af)
Ordered through mobile app after 20 minute I net I pressed the button at the stall to find out where my food was they verified my name and said it will be right out. I got home and part of my order was missing. I called and was not given the option to come get the rest of my order. It would supposedly be free next time even though I paid for it tonight.
