Love this place! Every Scooters is super friendly and always makes consistently good coffees. I love the variety of milk options too! My only suggestion is to teach the baristas how to use your app.
Customer service at this location has seriously gone down hill. My hot drinks twice have been cold. I ordered a sandwich through the app. I get to the location and they have sold out. I had no problem with that. Just ask for a refund on the sandwich. The girl said no. I had to get another sandwich or try to track down her manager. Wouldn't give the manager's name or any contact information. She wouldn't even tell her name. I will figure out how to file a complaint. If I was the owner, I wouldn't want rude ppl working in my establishment.
I just moved to this area and wanted to try this place as I like going to local coffee places better than Starbucks. The girl at the window totally made me feel self conscious about the fact that I have an accent, it's like she wasn't even trying to be nice. The drinks were just ok, nothing special. I won't be coming back here.
Love this place but for some reason they can’t make my favorite blended drink around 7pm on the weekends. They keep telling me their ice machine isn’t working. ? Other than that I’d pick Scooters over Starbucks.

Always fast and friendly, there is never more than 2 cars in line at one time. They are extremely fast and extraordinarily friendly. From their coffee blenders to their fruit blenders. They are absolutely delicious. Treat yourself to either a morning pick me up or a evening fruit delight. Either way, you cannot go wrong with Scooters coffee. They are not just a coffee shop
I love scooter. More than I do Starbucks.. but this Scooters specifically has been horrible. The staff is nice sometimes but it’s like nobody trained them on how to make coffee.They burn their coffee a lot. Make their own drinks completely wrong compared to the other Scooters.I’ve been charge different prices and I just noticed them and I never change my drink. So I assume someone (an employee) is misinformed on pricing or someone is stealing.Also they’re always out of something. Cups. Syrup. Today they said they couldn’t open till they were stocked but I’ve never had this issue at any other scooters. I travel a lot so I get other scooters and they’ve never been as bad as 23rd 291 scooters.Unfortunately there have been too many instances where I’ve been unhappy and your store is closest to me. I get coffee just about every single day. It’s unfortunate I’ll have to go farther just to get a decent coffee. I might have to switch back to Starbucks since there are 2 right down the street.
Always out of something. Your surprised each time if they can make your drinks. They are out of supplies constantly. Employees are always great but they are left short supplied by management.
