It's a bit expensive, but dang is it worth the price.
The BEST Pizza I have had!! I have had pizza from all over the USA , I could eat Sarpino’s pizza every day. My son Troy has their pizza at least 4 Times a week and eats all of it.The people that work there are so friendly and nice and they deliver the pizza within 1hr.
Usually enjoy orders from this Sarpino’s but pretty disappointed in my last one. I ordered several items including a Greek salad that was $10.50. I did not receive the salad in my order when it was delivered. I waited a long time for the order in the first place so I called and the person who answered the phone asked if I wanted a refund or the salad delivered. We didn’t have the time to wait so I asked for the refund. Never received a refund and that was weeks ago. Follow through when mistakes are made is very important in the food service industry. I would still appreciate my refund.
We order from here A LOT for my work. We have spent hundreds at this location. Today we ordered two pizzas, took them over an hour to get our pizza. When it did get here it was cold. I called and complained, the “manager” if you’d like to call him that. Was rude, and inconvenienced by my complaint. His options, we can re make it and get it back out and swap it for the cold ones they already delivered or give me a credit for next time. I asked for a credit. Bc I don’t want to wait another hour for pizza. I asked if he could add it to my online account to use. He told me I couldn’t do that. Their system doesn’t allow it. I said ok, was in the middle of my sentence and he literally hung up on me.
This was the best pizza we have had in a long time, the lady Chelsea that help us was so nice and pleasant, she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
Absolutely no reason whatsoever for the pizza to be so soggy we couldn’t eat it.The mash potato pizza we got was good but the thin crust pizza was too greasy and soggy to eat. The 3 stars is for the potato pizza. Very disappointed for the price. The attached picture is from the inedible pizza.
Food is always great but whoever just took my order was the rudest girl ever. 5:35 pm Friday January 28th 2022 I ordered a large hot honey with jalapeño and a 2 liter of mt. Dew. I usually say something bk but was to tired from working all day. Get this right or lose customers I should have cussed her a** out ? independence location
Best pizza I’ve had in a while… reminded me of the pizza I remember as a kid living outside of Philly. Thought I perhaps just didn’t like pizza as much as I used to, but it really is today’s pizza scene that just generally sucks. Glad to have found an outlier. Their online order system never did tell me that my pizza was ready however; Probably sat there for five minutes as a result which in the world of gourmet pizza is a little unacceptable. I’ll show up earlier next time.
I love the food here! When I wasn't struggling economically like I am now, I was spending upwards of 100 dollars a month in there 40 highway location. Now I wish I lived closer to another location. Last week I made a 50 dollar order for family. We waited 2 hours and nothing and no body showed. When I called to ascertain the reason why, the individual (called Alex) was rude, unhelpful, unapologetic, condescending, and even hung up on me! All because apparently two hours prior when I made the order the young lady put my order in wrong so it never came! When I called back and asked for a manager, he was so overly apologizing he almost sounded sarcastic and patronizing. He did give me an extra discount though and had my order sent out immediately. After all this, my pizzas were not how I ordered them and one of them was missing an ingredient, which was another very annoying event with my children bc they were starving and I MADE THE ORDER THREE TIMES AND VARIFIED THE FACTS ABOUT THE PIZZAS SIX, 6, TIMES!!! If I can afford to go to a different location next time I will. I also paid with a $100, which brings me to another complaint, the time before this most recent we tried paying with a $100 and the "manager" then claimed that they no longer sent change enough for a $100 to the area in which I live.... its not a bad neighborhood. I would also like to point out that I'm not one of those nasty fastfood regulars that I'm pretty sure hate fastfood workers, I worked in fastfood for over 15 years 10 of those years I was in management. I hate rude customers, this is not one of those times.
My Family and I have been ordering Sarpinos for delivery for some time now. I was told as long as I get my order in before 4pm I could get my order delivered to me. We have been nothing but great customers tipping the Driver $10.00 or $11.00 . Understand I just had surgery 3 weeks ago on my right ankle. I would go get the food my self but I am unable to Drive. The young lady refused to take my order. I usually have a great experience but not this time.
