I called in an order for pick up. I drove 4 miles just to receive a text that my order was cancelled. I love salmon which is what I ordered so was pretty disappointed. Went to Olive Garden and placed a pick up order for their salmon which was just as good. I have ordered it twice so far. Sorry Lobster!
Had a reservation for 5:30. They told us that our waitress was late. Got sat at 6:30. Ordered food about 10 minutes later. Got food at 7:30. Waitress didn’t even seem to care about serving us. I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Never want to go back. Very disorganized and dirty.
My best experience at Red Lobster, maybe ever—lots of food and just enough service. If there was any noise problem it was my group who hadn’t been out to lunch in at least a year.
51 year old first timer! Was impressed! Food was excellent and so was the service! Straws were being rationed, but I keep some in my ride! That being said, good time, great food. Would definitely go back!
Scheduled a reservation for 6:15 pm. Arrived on time only for management to tell me that they do not accept reservations only “call ahead seating” and there would be a 20 minute wait because 7 parties were here before us. Finally got a table after waiting about 25 minutes. Waitress was nice but would disappear for roughly 10 minutes at a time so drink/ bread refills were not consistent. When the waitress would return they had the aroma of heavily sprayed Japanese cherry blossom (the one from bath and body works) as if she had taken the time away from us to smoke. This occurred at least 4 times. Even when waiting for the check it seemed to take forever. Food quality was alright, my fiancé and I both took advantage of the tuesday special which was 2 mariners feast for 45.99 (not a bad deal). My fiancée requested to have the langoustine sauce on the side, well, when the waitress finally returned with our food she says “ I told him not to put the sauce on the side but he doesn’t speak English well”. I guess blaming the cook was the course of action she decided to take after she decided to still bring us our food instead of correcting the mistake beforehand. Overall we had a great time due to celebrating another year of life and we’re with great company. Overall the experience was terrible for a regular occasion but for a birthday dinner I’m absolutely dissatisfied. I do not believe I will be visiting this location again.
Our server Jay was GREAT! BUT...... floors were dirty Everywhere like I was playing hopscotch; tables were dirty to the point the hostess was playing pick a table you don't think is dirty; you ask why we didn't leave... hunger; food re-ordered several times due to being over cook; I don't believe my Margarita had ANY liquor in it; as we were sitting there, still no one wiped tables.. the hostess must of forgotten and kept trying to sit people at visibly dirty tables, walls with food on them. Here is the kicker; when we pulled up there were 4 employees outside smoking
Update!: food poisoning!!!!! Been home a few hours from my hunnys bday we are both sick in the bathroom!Initial review: If you like your salad with no utensils, soggy water logged crab legs to where you can only eat some of it, and a teaspoon of salt in your margarita then this is the location for you! Between the service lol I sat with a salad and no utensils for over 5 minutes, or the half edible food I would say this is not worth $30 a plate! You do not boil crab legs and leave them submerged for extended periods of time, the crab legs were impossible to get the frickin meat out of the shell the shells were flimsy super soggy.
I visited Red Lobster today. 4/3/22. I sat at the Bar to eat. John was my server. I felt sorry for him. He was the only server for the entire area and had to make drinks as well. He was so terribly busy but kept a positive attitude. I felt guilty for sitting there seeing this guy running around trying to keep all his customers happy.I ordered the crab legs, lobster tail, shrimp scampi, and fried shrimp. The crab legs and lobster tail was ice cold. For a 43.00 dollar meal. I should of had hot food. I normally don't complain or fill out these reviews but I felt that I needed to.

I called to make a reservation and provided my name and number in my party. The woman who answered the phone gave the wrong address for the restaurant, then asked for my name. I gave it again. She again asked for the name. I said I had and asked what name she was looking for. I heard her talking to someone else saying she didn't know why I was being mean, then hung up on me. Not my idea of customer service. Needless to say, we didn't eat dinner there, nor will we be in the future.
