I just purchased a delivery for a cookie pan and two Pepsi's, when I received it was was 10 minutes late not that bad I'm not mad about it but when I opened the box the cookie was burnt literally black on the bottom and the Pepsi was flat
These are supposed to be meat lovers large pizza. Has you can see a few slices should be called dough lovers ☹️
I noticed my delivery time doubled between time ordered and while in process. I called the store to cancel and lady told me that my order was coming out of the oven if I wanted to run up there and pick it up. We drove up there and my husband waited 10 minutes while she ran around to get our order together. She then told him that they gave our order to another customer so they put a similar order together( which was not even close). What we received was not fresh. She asked my husband if he would like to leave the delivery tip on the order that we went to pick up. Kind of a no brainer. I had him take that mess back inside and get a refund. Another 10 minutes. While he was inside I ordered lil Ceasars which We picked up 2 blocks down in 13 minutes. We repeatedly have service issues with this pizza hut. Not sure why. Has been like this for a long time. Just thought we would give them a try.
Huge snow storm New Years day, food was hot when arrived. Order showed up way before the quoted time. Our wings were probably the best we have ever had from pizza hut. Lemon pepper and sweet chili. Thanks again
Correct order! Pizza was terrible! Had one piece through the rest in the trash. Ordered BBQ beef hand tossed, Light sauce, extra cheese. Got thin crust, no sauce, no extra cheese.
Get my order correct and when I am told the items are being made and will delivered immediately do so. I received no order and all Pizza Hut did was give me a credit of the amount i spent. That does not make this experience right either.
Placed order online. At 5:50 pm order was to be ready in "15-25" minutes. Arrived at 6:10. Staff came out to car at 6:15 to see if I was the contactless order and said the order would be right out. Waited 15 minutes plus. When it was brought out, was told the order had not been started, even though the system said it was ready. Also the garlic wings had all drums. No equal mix of wings in any of the order
Ordered well ahead of time 4:00 pm hoping to get it by 5:00 or 5:30 pm. Figured, even at their busiest shouldn’t be longer than that. It’s 8:15 pm no pizza ever showed up and we called them back twice to see if they had gotten lost or their drivers all quit. Was told they were behind, BEHIND! Would have been 5 or 530, this is ridiculous! Never again, goodbye Pizza Hut.
Let me just say this because at this point I was taught that if you don't have something nice to say, you shouldn't say anything at all, and I am just way to fired up. It is one thing to have a messed up order every now and again, but to continuously disappoint, and still think you are America's favorite pizza?? Nope, not even close . You should be ashamed of the quality of you product that gets served to your consumers, you have lost my family's business indefinitely and I promise I will recommend every other pizza chain around before I recommend someone ordering from you guys.
The ordering was easy, the pizza was excellent. Delivery was hot, fresh and even a few minutes early. ?
