From ordering to delivery to opening the box!Everything was perfect! I actually was so full by the time I got done eating I forgot to put the pizza up for left overs!My family loves pizza hut but this experience tops them all!!
I originally ordered from Dominos. I was estimated a 20 minute delivery. 1 hour a 55 minutes later I received a text "Domino's has cancelled your order, please call the store at xxxx with questions or concerns." I called the store and was on hold for 12 minutes. Hung up, ordered from Pizza Hut, pick up this time as we are now HAnGRY. My fiancé did not look at the pizzas they handed him, and came home with someone else's order. The receipt for their order was attached. I called to let them know we received the wrong order but are still eating it because we are hungry. The man that answered was beyond polite and respectful, offered to check with his manager to deliver us the correct order ASAP. I did tell him that would be Unnecessary as we still ate the pizza, but would just like a refund for the difference as our order was more expensive. I don't usually call and complain or ask for things, but our order was more expensive and I don't like wasting money. They did not make me feel like a Karen for requesting a refund in difference, they were respectful and understanding. After my experience tonight with Dominos...Pizza Hut>Dominos for the rest of my life. Mistakes happen, it's the accountability within the store that keeps customers.
Ordered online for delivery - said it would take 25-30 mins for delivery.. pizza didn’t show up till 2 hours after I placed the order. The pizza itself was more crust than pizza, had an overload amount of pepperoni and no cheese. The pasta was burnt and didn’t put as much as normal. Wouldn’t have minded a late delivery had the food actually made up for it.
Super Rude. Cant make a pizza right and don’t care.They said the pizza would be ready in 2.5 hrs…..it never came and then they LIED about delivering it saying they left it on the porch! Turns out they NEVER MADE IT!
Pizza was awful, it didn’t even taste like it was from Pizza Hut! This is the second time it’s been awful, I’m done with Pizza Hut didnt get a bill credit as promised, awful customer service! Chuck’s cheese is better then this location
I paid 45 dollars for a big box thats supposedly 25...this place is terrible and slow. When i pointed or my wings were missing he said oh ya i don't usually see a 45 dollar big box...then when he got to the store according to them thats right....i Dont get it.
Had to wait about 8 to 10 minutes up front cause the lady was way in the back and didnt decide to come up front until I had been there for sometime. This happened to me a few years ago at a different store the employees would sit in the back and laugh while you waited upfront. But the pizza is awesome if you can get the employees to ring you up
On Friday Dec 10 I placed an ordered on line. Said it would be ready in 15 to 25 min. Upon arriving 22 min latter. The lady at the counter said something to the effect that the order was dropped from the system and that they would have to start over. so. I got to sit there and wait for you to make and bake the pizza. I also got to watch all of these other people come and go while I waited. Nothing was offered for my compensation of waiting. No wings. mini rolls, no beverage, nothing. All I kept thinking about was the other pizza place that guarantees curbside delivery in 3 min or less or the next one free. So, I would say you guys really dropped the ball.
The pizza took over 3 hours to get to me. When I got it, it was all cold. Also, the crust on the pizza was about 4 inches deep, there was just a small ring of toppings in the center. We ended up throwing away most of it.
I order before I always get good taste pizza but this time pizza was full with regular sauce less cheese and no taste but the delivery man was good he delivered on time
