It was supposed to be curbside pick up. And they refused to bring me my pizza. I had to send my daughter in to get it. And I ordered it to being made by a certain time not ASAP.
The pizza crust was not as good as in the past. A customer used to be able to pick a crust topping flavor you would like to have on your pizza, not this time. Crust didn't have any flavor and was dry. We were not impressed with the quality of the pizza with pizza hut. Pizza was also center loaded with toppings and not spread out evenly.

DoorDash was used as 3rd party 2 deliver. 1st & LAST interaction w/that useless svc. Order NOT delivered 2 me. DoorDash wouldn't assist - I did all the leg work 2 get this corrected. ???
This is the result of giving a large minimum wage increase to people that never hardly got orders right to start with. It's not only here but now it's an epidemic with almost all fast food! Very rare anymore any of them can get an order correct!
Pizza tasted funny as if it wasn’t cooked correctly or the oven had just been cleaned, also they forgot our marinara sauce and Parmesan shaker, also it looked like the box for the breadsticks had been reused or spat on because inside the lid it had white spots. We understand we ordered early, but were not worried about the timing that it would get to us, they actually delivered the pizza way earlier than expected, could’ve used that time to double-check and make sure we had all of our items.
My order was delivered to my neighbors house not my house. I do not have a porch. Wasted 2 hours waiting for my order, when I called and spoke to the manager she was hesitant to refund the order. Said it was delivered. (To the wrong property..) my neighbor was not home, and found my pizza frozen sitting on her porch instead of at my homes door. 20° pizza. Strongly disappointed.
First, the website ordering for delivery did not accurately estimate the delivery time. It went from 25-35 minutes to 75-85 minutes. The delivery person was very pleasant and quite busy. The pizza was lukewarm and drying on delivery. Not what I remembered or expected for my guests.
My order was for 2 large pizzas and bread sticks. 1st pizza was ham and onion. 2nd pizza was half cheese and half chicken and onion. After returning home the first pizza was pepperoni and onion. The 2nd pizza was correct. To hungry to return and wait so we ate what was provided.
Never consistent. Like Ill order a regular pizza but when I get it it has little to no sauce even tho I didnt say extra or less or none but then the next time ill order q pizza and will say extra sauce but then its 90% sauce and 10% bread and cheese.
