Very great service! The outside of the building made me not want to go in. The atmosphere really isnt inviting. Black sharpie all over the walls of people signatures. The food in the other hand was absolutely amazing! ? our server was very polite and quick on her toes. She took our orders as we decided what we wantes, explained the me u before we even had questions. She was wearing Ray Bans didnt catch her name. Our appetizers came in a timely manner. It is happy hour from 3 to 5 or something like that, so of couse we couldn't pss up mozzarella sticks and calamari. The boil bags is what the majority of us got. It was my mothers birthday so it we had a party of 12. Then some had order chicken tenders, they was surprisingly very big and delicious. We will go back here. Oh dont let me forget napkins at everybtable and she brought out 2 trays of sauces with our orders. ? All she had to do was get our drinks at that point. So satisfied with this restraunt.
Ketchup container exploded all over me after opening ruining my new outfit and food. Owner said he’d take 10% off the bill. We had a large group and already had 18% gratuity added to our bill so it really was a slap in the face. My wife informed the owner that wouldn’t be enough off, he went back and came back and said 30% off. I said you know what you’re wrong. Your Asian buffet didn’t survive because of health code violations. This ketchup exploded because of fermented ketchup being at the bottom of the bottles and sitting out in the sun. After suggesting I call the health department first thing Tuesday when they are open he decided to comp our entire meal. So if fermented ketchup is the thing that makes him comp an entire meal what else is this poor business owner hiding behind his graffiti’d walls?
The owner Raymond was very rude walking up to me telling me they are already closed when I already did a Togo order and was coming in for a drink. The bartender here is so friendly and great.I will definitely be coming back just don’t come 30 mins to close for a drink while waiting or you might be questioned. Food is very hit and miss.
i’m not normally one to complain, but this was our first time eating here and there was a long black hair wrapped up in the first bite i picked up. the food was great, but finding that hair really grossed me out? (i have short dirty blond hair, and my husband and short hair, and the hair was in the food when i pulled out of the bag, so i know for an absolute fact that it was neither of ours)
Service was meh. Server disappeared a lot but food definitely makes up for it. I highly recommend. I mean look at this!! The egg was NOT green or old it was bright yellow and fresh which surprised me but I really enjoyed my dinner here. If you want a good seafood boil this is the place for it!
My family enjoyed our experience here while we were celebrating my nephews birthday. Great menu filled with a lot of seafood items. Me personally I can't eat much seafood because I have an allergen to most of it but I did enjoy the chicken strips and fried cat fish. My only knock was the service was a little slow. It took a while to get drinks and other small stuff. Overall the food was fresh though.
We had the appetizers for the Cajun buffalo shrimp and the hush puppies. The Cajun buffalo shrimp came out fried with the buffalo sauce and seasoning poured over it. Although I'm not a big fan of fried shrimp the breading on the shrimp was thin crispy and clean. It was very good. The buffalo sauce was quite strong. I wish I could have been a little less buffalo sauce and more Cajun seasoning. The hush puppies were normal hush puppies. But they did come out perfect. Not dry. I ordered a half pound crawfish half pound snow crab. It came with an ear of corn and a potato for each of the items I ordered. The crab and the Crawfish was cooked perfectly. The Crawfish was huge and although it wasn't that purged the Crawfish broke perfectly and I was able to pull the gut string right out. The crab was also cooked great and everything came right out of it. I was disappointed on the seasoning I ordered medium Cajun seasoning. Coming from the south this medium was more like a mild. I wish I would have gotten a small dish of the seasoning to dip in. It had a lot of the butter juices but the actual seasoning just was not enough for me. Our waitress was very nice and the food came out pretty quickly. I will go back. And I thought their prices were decent. My partner got their chicken wings with some breading on it. They were lightly breaded and she said they were amazing. Cooked perfect and had a great taste to them.
Best hushpuppies in the city! Fried chicken was fabulous and the crab legs and crawfish were delicious as well
First time ever there.. had a BLAST the waitress was excellent very patience with my familyl.. her name i think was Kiana if that's not it she had a short red fro.. CUTE... had the steam bags..FAB-U-LOUS.. PLEASE go u'll LUVIT 2.. THANKS SO MUCH
The food was okay a little too oily; the building itself was very cold as if they didn't have heat on. 1 server was cursing staying; she was getting off at 930, no matter if it's people in there or not!!!
