The staff was personable in the morning staff was cheaper alert and the manager on duty and I believe his name was Kyle was very polite easy going and helpful pretty decent for somebody at a pizza place before afternoon I have to say if it wasn't for him and his diligence service I probably wouldn't have thought eating Papa John's it was just I need something quick I didn't have much time I happened to be by there and the guy was just so cool my request and quick to make my order that it kind of made me say hell yeah Papa John's....
Stay away from this place. This location had huge cockroaches. I noticed one in the parking lot when I went in to pick up my pizza but didn't think anything of it cause the area isn't the greatest. Went in and payed for my pizza and walked out to wait on it. My son and I went in to get the pizza and had to wait a minute. I started looking around and saw a dead one to the right of me and one still barely alive on its back to my left. Both in front of the counter where customes come in. Threw away the pizza. Complained about this experience when Papa John's asked for feedback. Literally all they said was sorry for you experience we issued a refund. Never going back there.
Not a happy camper here. I ordered a half beef and half jalapeno and pepperoni pizza, 10 in. It was not done in the middle, there was jalapenos all over it very little pepperonis and not much beef either. Basically it was crust, pizza sauce and alot of cheese. The delivery company gave me an instant $3.61 credit and I called Papa John's. The manager there tonight told me that I have to get a refund or reorder the pizza through their app, it's not their problem. I don't understand why it's a delivery problem they didn't fix the pizza. I saw no place to reorder the pizza like you said to do on the delivery app don't order through the delivery app because they won't replace anything if there's something wrong with it. I spent $29.80 on the pizza that is inferior, a chocolate chip cookie and $3.61. Not a great experience!
I literally just got my pizza and it's wasn't even cold and every single dipping sauce was open, the pizza dipping lid wasn't on and they opened the garlic cup
Every time Papa John's Pizza working bad I had the garlic crust it's my first time doing that as well but it definitely won't be my last time visiting and the pricing wasn't too bad
It should be required that every employee wear gloves. I've seen employees touched their face, hair, pants and money then continued to prepare the pizza. This is unsanitary and should be unacceptable! I don't care how hot the oven is that supposedly kill germs. It only takes a second for someone to get food poisoned. Also, you can wash your hands multiple times and still have dirt and hairs under your fingernails that can go unnoticed. I pray you take this in consideration. Thank you.
Preorder online at 10am to carry out at 11amIts 11:15am and they are just started making the first pizza out of 3. The manager lied to me when I arrived. He told me that my pizzas where in the in the oven. While I clearly see the other guy rushing to prepare the 1st pizza. What is the point of scheduling a pick up time. Just wasted 30 minutes of my valuable time in the store waiting and been lied to.
I was watching TV and I saw the epic stuff crust pizza from papa jhons and I give them a try .Huge mistake .I have some pictures about but unfortunately I don't know how to post the pics .Dough was like tortilla super flat instead floppy.I never buy anything from papa jhons since it's far away fro my home and I never do it again . Super bad first experience $51 dollars and some change just to ended buy in pizza from another place close to my house . Thank you for the bad experience papa jhons that's how we learned that don't have to change from you" little " place that usually buy you food ?
Our food is great. Tonight they didn't have mu Dr. Pepper. The doordasher that made the delivery went above and beyond and made sure that I got my dr pepper. She is awesome and I would love to have her deliver my food anytime!!!! If there was anyone else in the world that did delivery needs to learn from her. She has done first class service for us tonight!!!
Ordered twice from here. Got home with my first order to find out it was wrong. Called them and they gave me credit for the mistake. Returned for my second order on credit and they made that wrong as well. Definitely check your pizzas before you leave or just order from another location. This location was a waste of time.
