Used to only order Pizza Hut but after my last experience decided I would never again. I’ve tried several other local establishments and their pizza was always ok but nothing to write home about and I had to go pick it up myself. Tonight on a whim I ordered from Papa Johns and couldn’t be happier. First they give you tracking on your order that you can check on throughout the process. The hut accepted my payment but never delivered my pizza and after complaints never made it good. The pizza was here very prompt with text messages telling me all along the way where my pizza was. The delivery driver was very polite professional courteous and prompt. I wish I had a complaint but after eating my hot melty deliciousness I can not complain and will definitely order again and tell my friends where they can order in the future and actually receive what they ordered. Absolutely over the moon great pizza and great experience. Papa Johns from here on in this family. Thank you.
A mistake was made on my pizza when ordering on line & when I called to rell them they were like well I can give you half off your pizza if you want to order the right pizza. Plus it wasn't ready when I got the text saying it was ready.
The crew at the one I went to.. did not pay attention to the order. They put pepperoni on all the pizza and I ordered half pepperoni and half garden without mushrooms...... I don't like pepperoni...
I called them, they answered with only their address and sounded very upset that I called. I don't know what happened, but I felt I was not welcomed. I tried to make a delivery, but I can't; I was told no, we are not delivering your order. We have no drivers. Fine, I understand that but how she said it. Then they told me I needed to pay only card. She didn't say sorry for the confusion just sounded like I did something wrong. If the was a new worker, tell her to clean her act up, and if that was a manager, well, I will never order from here again.
The reason for my 1 star is due to my experience in dealing with Jenna, The general store manager. I had placed an order Friday night directly through the website (pre-tipped) and was expecting for the order to be dropped off by a Papa John's employee. Instead, it was dropped off by a doordash driver without a hot bag. The order was cold and had to be warmed in the oven...one pizza with a lot colder than the other as if it had been cooked in a different time of day. When I called the store to ask them to trade it out for something fresh, per their guarantee the store manager decided it would be best to hang up on me instead. I don't really understand this as I was nothing but respectful and polite while on the phone with her and she's been nothing but rude and insolent. I didn't let it go and reported my experience through corporate to let them know what happened. They took the report and sent the call to the store manager Jenna again and listened in to hear what I was experiencing. The customer care rep called me back after Jenna hung up on me and assured me it would be dealt with. I called the store again to ask why I was being treated this way, I had never previously had anT issue here and had even reached out to papa johns to compliment this store previously. When I called back I reached a driver who had heard about my experience and apologized for her manager's behavior and said that there was nothing that they could do that the store manager would refund my order and not to order from there again. Not that I would want to based on this current experience anyways. I would warn against ordering from this restaurant because if there is an issue you will be treated poorly and disrespectfully by the GM here at the store
This is a really nice location even with the location in which it's located at. The employees are extremely nice and very helpful. I've never had any issues out of this location, no matter if I order my pizza for delivery or I go in and pick it up. I almost always order my pizza from this location just bcuz of the niceness and quickness of the employees, even if I have to go out of my way to get it from this location. Thanks for everything Papa John's
This place is not very professional they will lie to you and say that they called and leave voicemails when you place an order online and it never shows up and on the delivery app it says it's on the way very unprofessional
