Don't go inside! We arrived at a mild lunch rush. There were a few cars in the drive up and only two people ahead of us inside. They totally prioritized the drive through. We waited a good ten minutes to be waited on. In that time they ran through several cars through the drive through more than the 3 that were in line ahead of us. If you want to be ignored, go inside!
The food was delicious and their service was quick. As always, their orange chicken was a delight.
Usually a great experience. Ordered a plate with double chow Mein and received double fried rice instead. By the time I realized this I had made it home already about 30 minutes later.UPDATE: NOTIFIED THEM YESTERDAY OF WHAT HAPPENED AND GAVE ME A REPLACEMENT WITH THE CORRECT ORDER.
Love this place. Food always good. Price is perfect order online is very convenient. From DC & WE HAD PLENTY was so happy to find a Panda Express here. So happy
The place is so clean, staffs are very friendly and attentive and of course I love the food - very tasty and vegetables were so fresh. Will definitely recommend this place. Worth of money too.
Happened to panda the chow mein is too greasy they forgot to give me my ragoons smh and asked if I wanted sauce and didn't even give it to me .They are lacking on quality at this location for some reason
Extremely rude employees!! Order was incorrect and total was $5 more at window than what I was given at the order screen/speaker. When I asked why the total was different, instead of looking to see why or answering in a polite way, the 2 girls got very rude & defensive. I would give no stars (if possible) based on their lack of customer sevice, but gave 2, because the manager was friendly and helpful. He asked me to come in to explain (there was a line on drive thru), and then actually listened, apologized, and made sure it was correct. I hope he retrains them in service or finds better employees. It was shameful how they were behaving and laughing while the manager was speaking with me too.
I was extremely pleased with this trip to Panda. This is my favorite Chinese restaurant in Independence, and Caesar was an exceptional employee. I will definitely be back.
They have good food but they were really slow in the drive in.
