I enjoyed me cheese bread and my ceaser salad but my pasta had no sauce? I got a penne Rosa as I usually do which had the tomato pieces and spinach but there was literally no sauce. I had to pour my marinara from my bread into the pasta to make it worth eating. I’ve had this before and normally there is a rosa sauce, not sure what happened.
I was in the independence location yesterday for a couple hours...I witnessed the manager on duty repeatedly talking down to his employees. Some of them looked as though they were ready to cry. Plus he kept sniffling and wiping his nose with his hand and did not wash before touching food orders. I've been in restaurants business for several years and this is not how a supervisor should behave at all. Very disappointed
Went there Friday and ordered two meals to go. When we got back to our home we realized one meal was completely wrong and called in. The manager on clock Brian refused to refund us and wanted us to drive back from Grain Valley to get the right meal and then promised us two free meals if we came back on Sunday instead. We get there today and the manager on clock Bobby tried to refuse to give us two free meals and then tried to only give us one meal. When he finally agreed to give us both meals the staff working there was then incredibly rude and made us wait until after everyone in line behind us had went. I will never go back to this location
I've always been a big fan of noodles & company, I love their Pan Thai, but I always laughed myself because the employees always either look dead inside, or just visibly unhappy. I don't know how well they treat their employees, but they do not put a welcoming face on when I enter the restaurant. It's not something that I would hate on a restaurant for, I think it's very funny, but I am concerned for employees well being. I will continue to give you guys business because I love your food.
Guy at the front is extremely rude, I didn’t realize the mall opened at 11 so I attempted walking through the noodles and company. The door was unlocked so me and a few other people walked in. The man started yelling at us saying “we are not just gonna walk through ‘his’ restaurant”. Maybe lock the doors next time and lose the attitude instead of screaming at four girls and a small child who were unaware that you don’t open for 10 more minutes.
Idk what happened to noodles and co. It used to be my favorite spot. Now the noodles are gummy and dry. It’s like they put a teaspoon of sauce on them. No wonder so many locations are closing in kc. I’m so done with them
If you out of time & hungry, your not eating for flavor just to get something in your stomach. This place is perfect! They have bbq & spices and flavors for the proteins. My bbq chicken was great but the mac n cheese was runny & bland. Came through in a bind though.
Very good noodles recommend the spicy beef ( if you like spicy food) and my wife loves the three cheese tortellini with shimp
Love the macaroni Bowl. The health is friendly and the food is good especially for the amount you get. In saying that it is a good amount.
