I placed a mobile order and waited 20 minutes for them to bring out a double cheeseburger and an order of fries
Every single time I go through this drive through, it is a guess as to which lane they will be servicing while the other lane waits for numerous cars to go through. I got in the outside lane in the drive-through and they let seven cars go through the left lane before they ever serviced the right lane. The last time this happened they serviced everybody in the right lane and would not talk to the people in the left lane. Every time I go here it is a 20 minute wait Just to get your food ordered. Do not come here
They did some great remodeling and how have touch screen order stations inside. They also have two drive thrus and the left most one is being used for the new computer AI ordering system. Works pretty well unless you want something customized and then it takes a bit more work. Fret not, if the computer just isn't getting your order right, it will bring on a real person to take/change your order.
The guy at the drive thru doesn't know the difference between unsweetened tea and sweet tea. This has happened twice with the same guy in the drive thru, both times in the same week.
Talk about upgrades! Nicer than some sit down restaurants. Not a fan of the cow on the wall with sections carved out on its body as I'm eating. PLEASE REMOVE.
Slow AF and my order was wrong. I hate returning food back so I just chopped it up as a loss.
Drive up order system is automated and it missed my request for 2 bacon, egg and cheese biscuits. The young lady at the payment was very helpful and fixed my order.
This use to be one of the best but the fries tasted like cardboard, and cup overfill of ice so little to drink
First time ever at this one. Really friendly workers. Very very very fast service. Very clean place. Bathroom was clean and smelled good. Food tasted freshly made and not over salty. Great and wonderful place. Will be back on my next visit.
As food cost goes up McDonald's is not as very budget-friendly as they used to be a typical meal at McDonald's can range from $8 up to $12 for a single person that's why I gave it three out of five stars. I wish I could have gave them more stars but like I said as food cost goes up it hurts people like me in the wallet that's on and fix him come and another reason why I gave it 3 out of 5 stars and wish I could give more is that they are convenient to where I live in walking distance as I do not own a vehicle but that's about it I don't eat out as much anymore I very rarely do and when I do I try to look for the cheapest stuff on the menu.
