Sat there for 6 minutes after a long day of work. Absolutely horrible service. Waited until 11:00 and turn the screens and the lights off on the after I have been waiting there and would not answer me.
I got a chicken sandwich from McDonald's in independence Missouri that had a bone in it. I can't eat chicken of any kind now from any mcdonalds.
They got half of our order wrong. Very frustrating. Two of the three drinks were wrong. Service was a little slow. Very disappointing.
Every time I get a double HAMBURGER from this location, I always end up getting cheese on it. I can’t eat cheese because it makes me sick. I don’t know the reasoning behind it but I’m never coming to this one again.
Waited for 10 minutes at the drive thru order speaker and no one took my order as well as several other people. Drove to the window and was told that the system was down and couldn't take any orders. Drove to the window and told them what I ordered, all together it took about 30 minutes to get my order through mobile pay for what I ordered on the app.
Awful rude McDonald’s I went to this McDonald’s last Sunday waited about almost 30 mins to be told they are in the middle of a shift change after I was 1st told to hold because they were stocking sauces really!!! I asked for the managers name and they refused to give it to me. The disrespect gas to high!!! To be playing games.
Sara made me go to another McDonald's to try to use a offer on the app. Very inconvenient and not friendly at all. For a 2$ deal. Didn't approach with a HI I had to ask her name.
They like to lock the doors during normal business hours, which is really inconvenient for people who don't come by car. Especially since they don't allow you to go through the drive thru without a vehicle. Imagine how angry a person gets after walking 45 minutes to McDonald's at 1pm and walking up to the window after discovering the doors were locked to the lobby, just to be told "you can't come through the drive thru unless you're in a vehicle."
Ran by McDonald's on a snow day to grab a quick bite. The workers inside were busting buns and keeping food coming out to everybody. I was impressed that everybody had showed up when they could have taken the day off and that they were working so hard. The food came out fresh and very good. I know generally speaking people don't have a very high opinion about fast food but when everything goes this well people deserve a pat on the back so thank you!!
I hate to admit it but more mornings than not, i am eating breakfast here. I always use to mobile app to order ahead and today, for some reason, the app sent my order to texas and charged me. The employees pull me forward and the manager comes out. His name was scott. I was infuriated because i was charged for an order that they could not find. Even with attitude in my tone scott helped me out by replacing my order and he did it very quickly. I will always recommend this location when it comes to breakfast!
