5/14/22Stopped in to grab a bite. Ordered on the kiosk. Quarter pounder was warm but not hot. Fires were almost cold. Drink was good.Made eye contact with 4 employees, one of which was a manager. None of them said hello or smile at me.If you're paying $15+ to people, please teach them about customer service.
They're ALWAYS extremely SLOW and probably 85% of the time they're as rude as can be and it doesn't matter I'd they're busy at the time I go by there or how much I order. I can say a couple of good things, my order hasn't ever been wrong and it's usually always hot and fresh tasting
The most terrible location of them all. As of today when they dropped the ball with so much unprofessionalism the MGR is holding someone else's phone hostage. Checked the location twice after unprofessional MGR said it was gone, still showing at the location of the store. She better pray everyday. Train your mgrs way better than allowing them to make slick comments to customers versus helping de-escalate an irritated customer. Making slick comments will make them become irate.
Eddie is the best manager ever, even though the wages are atypically low for a McDonald's at Carson Management. But this is the best managed establishment I've ever eaten at or worked at.
Drive through did not have a person, instead it had some kind of recording that could NOT keep the order straight and kept asking if l wanted to add to the order. I said "NO" and it kept asking that over and over. I drove away
The staff does its duties and I'm tired so that's all I'll comment but I will recommend
They have started using a computerized system for taking orders in the drive-thru. The computer doesn't hear your order well/accurately, doesn't give you a visual readout of what it thinks your order is on the screen, doesn't confirm the order, verbally or otherwise, and gives you no way to correct it when it reads off what you know must be a bogus total at the end. The lady at the window was easy to deal with re: correcting the issue, but I'm shocked that McDonald's would roll out something so totally horrible/that this franchisee would agree to use it. If you must go to this location, head inside to order, or order with your phone.
Food is always cold when you get it. I rarely get the right order—missing items. I like their sweet tea—the only reason I remain a customer—but I must taste it before I drive off because I’ve been given tea so many times that is nothing more than flavored water. McDonald’s has gone down in service and quality over time and are no longer the “premier” of the fast food market. I wish I could get sweet tea I like from any other fast food chain. It’s the only product offering of quality and, unfortunately, my great granddaughter’s favorite place to eat. So I suffer through their poor service and quality once a week. McDonald’s, if you’re reading, work on your stores. You used to be the best in the business and have worked your way down to the bottom…
My drive-thru visit was AWFUL! SIMPLY 'awful'! The restaurant had an 'automated/roboticized' system take customers orders! EVER time I 'attempted' to say my order, the system would either CUT me OFF or get my order 'monumentally' inaccurate! After being at the drive-thru order station for 5 minutes, STILL trying to get my order through, THEN and ONLY then did the system suggest for me to speak with a LIVE representative! Now, SEE......SOME things, you can allow for 'automation', OTHER things should JUST be left ALONE to humans!! I was NOT 'impressed'! The 'human' TOUCH is ALWAYS best!!
I just had my appendix removed and can't keep anything down , days later, so I tried McDonald's.I've gone to this McDonald's many times, never had a problem!Don't go here if you are in pain in anyway!!They couldn't hear me at the speaker til I was practically yelling, which hurt my stomach immensely!! The lady at the first window was very kind and told me to next time to just pull through to the second window . The guy at the second window didn't understand English, which once again made communication difficult, more so since I was already in pain. Then he tells me my food is going to be a while, to pull forward. . I told him that I just had surgery if they could please hurry, I was in pain. When the 16 some year old brought me my order, I was in tears from waiting so long, he literally laughed at me.I'm not sure how being in pain so bad you are crying is funny???Tonight the majority of the people here were rude and it was a horrible experience!!
