Upon being tremendously slow, they forgot to put tomato on my deluxe burger and they put about a half a jar of mayonnaise on the burger making its unedible. Complete slop! They also forgot to put the apples in my son's Happy meal. With all that being said I forgot to add in that the girl before handing me the food looked in the bag multiple times and in the Happy meal box making sure everything was there SMH
This particular location isn't in the area I live in. Stopped for a quick snack on my way home. The drive thru was very fast. The young lady that assisted me was friendly and knowledgeable. I was most impressed with the quality of my sandwich. It was the perfect temp and tasted fresh. Overall a great experience.
Me and my family go to this McDonald’s every day because my son likes their fries and with the app it’s $1 but today we waited 10min for iced coffee and I didn’t get it through the window I had to go in and remind them I ordered it and then there was no ice and almost no creamer in it. They made me another one but it was even worse then the first. The morning crew is awesome fast and friendly this afternoon- close crew is absolute trash at speed and accuracy on making food. Several were on there phones when I walked it and some didn’t have their gloves on :(
You know, this use to be my favorite McDonald's to go to in town. They had this elderly lady that was there forever and was always smiling and boy did she show spirit for every holiday worked! Loved her... Then they hire people that can't understand you because they don't speak English very well...and now they put this automated order taker in their place that works just as poorly and someone not understanding what you are saying. This location will never be visited by me or my family ever again, and that sucks, because like I said, it was my favorite
Came only to order drinks, and turned into a easy of time. I sat in my car for 11 minutes before I just gave up and left. Understand if it was like 5 minutes but it was more than 11 minutes. We didn't even make it to the pay window.
Half of the staff is great. The other half lays around. Also why don’t y’all have frappes during breakfast hours? I will support other McDonald’s if this doesn’t get fixed and I’m sure others would like a frappe in the mine I get as well. All other stores do it. Why can’t this store follow suit? Seems like a very poor marketing strategy if you want people to get food and coffee in the mornings!
Spent $28 at this location , I asked the guy at the window if this food was made fresh and he said yes. It was not, food was cold and quarter pounder was red raw in the middle. I have pictures willing to show , wish I could upload here. Waited 30 mins in drive thru for this.
A lot of the workers are friendly and nice
I live a block away so I walk there usually. Lately the indoors is closed and it's drive thru only. So I walk to the first window to order and the creepy little chick working the register gives me a look like I'm a weirdo for walking through the drive thru to order. She had a snotty attitude and rolled her beady eyes when I ordered an ice cream cone and was told the machine was down. I felt unwelcomed and looked down upon. But the fries were marvelous!
Tables not clean ! It wasn't busy inside ,their 30 minutes and no one Came to Dining Room to wipe tables ! Went to fountain grabbed Napkins to wipe up mess, Girl saw me and Did nothing ! Mananger didn't walk Dining area or check Restrooms ! Drive Thru More Important! That's Mc Donald's downfall in the States !
