The independence location located by price chopper was so awesome they called to let us know due to weather they was holding off delivery which was very understandable but what really shocked us was how hot and fresh the pizza and wings were the delivery guy was pretty freaking awesome too and so nice wish I got his name definitely will be ordering lots more from y’all 4-29-2022
The pizza is GREAT, not too greasy doesn't have too much red sauce, cooked just right
Placed an online order on January 2nd at 6:36 PM. This included pizza, salad, dessert, and a drink. Wait time was estimated at 64 minutes. After 90 minutes the food finally arrived. No one ever called to say it was running late. I understand people are short staffed and weather is an issue but a heads up would be good. The driver showed up but did not have the drink. She said they didn’t have any but no one called me. She told me it wasn’t her problem. She told me to call the store and the would process a refund for the drink not being delivered. I called the store and said they had to wait until the driver returned but that my refund would be processed. Submitted a review and asked to be contacted. Nothing. A week went by and nothing so I called the store. They said they would pass my info along to a manager and they would be in contact. Never heard anything. A week later (today) called the store again. They said they would pass info along again. This isn’t that hard. It’s a 2L. You all need to do better and care about your customers more. I would like a refund for the drink I ordered that was never delivered. Love their pizza but don’t have any desire to do business with this location anymore at least not for delivery. It’s apparent they don’t care.
Our family had large gathering in Blue Springs, we waited until last minute to order and the lady with such patient, with professional ethics and such a pleasant voice was happy to take r order, Donna I cannot thank you enough for making r gathering even that much more. The pizza was excellent and every piece was eaten. Worth the drive in snow.
Worst service ever. Took the delivery guy 1 hour to get our pizza to us, then they dropped it off on our doorstep. No knock, no phone call letting us know they were here. By the time we realized the pizza was here, there was frost on the food. When we called to complain, they were inexcusably rude. Do NOT eat here.
I purposely made sure the veggie pizza had no cheese , i made sure the tab said no cheese, guess what , because it is a specialty pizza the cook thought it didnt mean feta. The manager on duty said that i should have put no feta cheese, i asked her (the manger on duty)if it says no cheese doesn’t that mean feta cheese. She said yes, but because of it being a specialty. Ok guess what refund my $$for that pizza. She offered to make a new one. Let me think . Uh no. Refund
I order online. I got my order. I did not have half my order. Waited 25 min on the phone. No answer do I stayed on the phone till I got there. It was almost 50 I'll n hold. The manger said they did not have anyone answer the phone and the would only refund half the order. The place was fully of people still wait for the order. Do not think I will be back.
This is my go-to pizza place when I need an easy dinner, but they consistently forget to add the dipping sauce that is ordered. You need to double-check with them, or it's like a 20% chance they'll actually give it to you.
Great pizza ! But check your order before you leave . The last 3 times ive been there they had to remake my order becouse it was wrong . But I will say they always make it right .
