Nice people but Food not good - threw most of it away. My order was incomplete to boot. Not a fan.
This place is amazing. I moved 30 minutes away and still come back to king wok for some of my favorite dishes.
I ordered my food around 4:00 was supposed to receive my order by 4:54 -5:04 did get my food until 5:40 and my food was cold the chicken was nasty I would not recommend this place to anyone
I was not impressed. The order was delivered late, food was cold and bland, and the delivery driver said something rude. He said it so fast I couldn't understand him but I can tell by the tone of his voice it was a rude comment. I ordered Kung pao chicken and it was not spicy at all.
This has been three times now that I’ve ordered from this restaurant and they have not included dipping sauce for spring rolls. They charge you for the spring rolls and say that the sauce is separate, however they do not include it and they want to argue with you when you call and ask about it. Steer clear. Not to mention the Mongolian beef is loaded with an onion and a few slivers of beef. Their broccoli beef taste like cat food. Stay away. They are complete jerks when you try to call and reconcile.
Purchased Singapore Mei Fun, Black Pepper Chicken, Teriyaki chicken, and General Tso’s. Couldn’t stop eating. Everything was so good. Mei fun and Teriyaki were my favorites. I’ll order from here again. They were polite and thanked me for my business.
Customer service is poor. When taking my order , manager was rude with me as a repeat customer.Manager was uncaring about me as a customer.
Food was amazing. Price was cheap. The delivery worker was very polite and even got here early. Will definitely be eating from here again.
Called to place a order and he told me 1 minute. He didn’t put me on hold but rather started taking another order on another phone line, and I could hear him taking the order. I got disconnected, so I called back and ask him if I could come in to place a order. He said no and hung up on me. I called back and told him he hung up on me and I was going to place a order. His rebuttal was “ Oh, we don’t service you and hung up” All the time he was very rude by the tone of his voice. They do have pretty good food and I have ordered from there many times before, but after all this happening, I wouldn’t eat there again even if he hadn’t told me “Oh, we don’t service you”.. I would like to know one thing, what is wrong with people today!
Didn't know this place existed, lived right in the area for a while now. Ladies were friendly at the front, could use some updating with the decor.
