I'm sitting in the parking lot right now, waiting 20 minutes so far for my food. Since then, I've seen many cars park as well and an employee dancing in the store. They are clearly in no rush.
Ordered 2 Combo meals, paid at window and got my drinks, they asked me to pull around to the other side and wait for my meals, 15 or 20 minutes haven't got my meals, turned the car off went inside 2 minutes the guy who took order handed me a bag with 1 of the meals and a sack with the side s had to ask for the other meal. Both meals were over cooked and my Nashville hot tenders tasted horrible. I hope it doesn't make me I'll. Don't think I will be back any time soon.
Chicken was way over cooked and to salt to eat. I took it back to get new chicken and it took over 30 minutes. This chicken wasn't over cooked but still too salty to eat. Don't waste your money
KFC in Susquehanna is excellent. Called on a large order the day before Memorial Day and wanted to pick up at noon on Memorial Day. It was perfect! The whole order. And all the Butter, sauces, napkins, and silverware were in a bag. Food was delicious and hot ... Very nice staff too. Will always order from here now. ?
All staff but one sits outside at drive thru window smoking together....like yhey close in an hour so there's no way 8 people gonon break same time!So you have to go park & wait forever.....for that one person to do it
Great chicken.. has the best chicken yet.. but needs to have little more potatoes and coleslaw with the number of people it would be better..that way everyone gets enough of those things with their meal..
The new sandwiches the breast meat was thick and crunchy oh so good. Winner winner chicken dinner!
This location is the worst… I ordered 2 chicken breast no meal and it was $13… lol. And they are ok with that, I asked her if that made any sense and she said yes…. Lol. Ah well, I just drove off
This location is an absolute nightmare. The staff closes earlier then advertised just to get home early. If your business states your open until 9:00 then customers should be allowed to be served until 9:00. That’s just the first issue, the second issue is they never have what you want to order. I was literally told “sorry we’re all out of chicken”. I’m like you’re a chicken place that doesn’t sell chicken only side lol. If I could’ve gave it a negative zero for my rating I totally would have. Close this place down your hire ppl who want to work seriously!
