This is one of the dirtiest restaurants I have been to In a long time. Chicken was chewy, the coleslaw had a bitter and bad aftertaste, customer service was slow and emotionless. Drink machine was out of a selection of beverages, and bathrooms were disgusting. I will NEVER return to this location. It tells a story about the owners and managers...AWEFUL
The food is always of a high standard at this restaurant... the drive-thru staff have always been congenial, and friendly ... drive-thru service times are usually fairly quick ... BUT - I always order "extra crispy chicken" but receive "original" more often than I receive what I order ... I'm guessing someone assembling the orders is in too much of a rush - maybe a little more management oversight of the order fulfillment process might be helpful ... otherwise - THANX GUYS for a good product !!!
Hours are advertised wrong on Google. All KFC ‘s close at 10pm apparently. Don’t advertise you’re open till 11pm if you aren’t open. Watched 5 people go through the drive through and drive away mad due to the fact they couldn’t order KFC.
I had to park and go in for bbq even though I asked for it at the speaker. The window cashier wasn't very friendly and the fries are just terrible. The 3 stars come from how fast the service was and my chicken littles were very fresh and tasted great!
They got my order wrong. When I got my food it looked kike it was just thrown in the bag and half of my food wasn't wrapped up

Ordered the Chicken Sandwich Meal.with my wife and daughter. There is a sign that says Chicken Sandwiches fried Hot and Fresh aaaannnnddd ours Wasn't ???! Can you Say Faulty Advertising Lol ???
New manager the best service I ever got from this KFC
They weren't crowed inside but they only had crispy chicken the store further down ob Noland road closed early so they all came to this one.
My husband just came back from KFC and for $17.91 he got 8 pieces chicken. No sides, nothing not even napkins. For $2 more he would have sides and drinks. Wouldn't you think someone working there would have asked about or suggested sides. He assumed as I would have when you order a bucket it comes with sides. WON'T EVER HAPPEN AGAIN. I have tried to call, but rings once and then I get a busy signal. UNHAPPY and not done with this
