Ordered a 12 piece with 3 sides Had to tell them twice that I wanted mashed potatoes and gravy because they didn't hear me the 1st time and then when I look into my bags I have a side of gravy no mash potatoes. I had to go back and get them to give me the mashed potatoes to go with my gravy
Good luck get what you order. They don't know what extra means other then to charge you. Everyone that works the drive thru is rude and unprofessional. The only thing that this store has going for them is that they are not the other kfc/ taco bell down Noland
Went in and they were on it. The food was fast and delicious. The seasoning was great and the food tasted awesome!
This is just another disappointment, we love the chicken but the service while timely just is a disappointment AGAIN. We have gone there several times and even though everyone seems nice the screw up the order time and time again!Just SAD!
My daughter chose kfc for dinner so my mom and I went in and was trying to figure out all that we wanted and even told them it’d be just a bit cause we was still figuring it out. After a couple minutes one of the employees asked if we was ready in a very rude tone and continued with that same tone the entire time. I can understand the frustration with fast food and if they had been busy I’d get it BUT they wasn’t! Please learn to speak to people or find another job!
Spent 29.85 on an 8 piece chicken tenders family meal. The chicken tenders were anything but tender. They were overdone and had to be sitting under warmer lamps for hours. They were not edible and so I had to trash them. I couldn't return them as they were closed. I'll never go there again, and I highly recommend you don't either.
Chicken is delicious as expected. Check your large orders before leaving. Convenient location. Get you some!

Absolutely disgusting!! The “chicken” we got in our KFC Bowls was just over cooked breading. Literally couldn’t even chew it. Got a spicy bowl we didn’t ask for. Tried to call, no answer of course. This store is PATHETIC !
$48.00)( spent today at kfc, I ordered an #11 tender combo. 3 chicken breast, 2 chicken sandwich and more! All but our breast were hot #11 taste as it's been sitting for hours and warm. Nothing we had was worth the visit. Very sad since it's been a long time since my family has eating here. The service at the drive thru was also bad after I said one thing as I was talking he would say is that all in the middle of me talking.Our whole orders sucked, I got thirteen fries with my order cold as well.. How is that for a family to eat out. Should've just made it home. The biscuits were even cold and dry. Sorry I remember better from KFC.Don't call the customer service number you'll automatically be put on hold over 15 minutes listening to music then it hangs up on you. I've done it three time, nor have said anything but giving me a reply of a ref.#Going on three days and no one's contacted me!
