Don't use the mobile app. They will just ask you to pull around to the doors and leave you sitting there. Waited well over an hour until I finally demanded my money back.The whole time I sat there, I watched car after car in the drive through get their food while me and 2 other cars who had mobile orders were forgotten about. Also watched the red head girl who works there clock out at 10 pm with her 2 bags of food. That means they stopped to make her food and/or give her food in a sack while the mobile orders got passed over and forgotten about sitting out in the parking lot. Employees who clock out get thier food here before customers who ordered through the app. That girl clocked out and carried her 2 bags of food right past us. lol unbelievable.After reading through the reviews, this seems to be a long going issue at this location, mobile order customers told to pull around and just forgotten about. Still is a huge issue and problem.I highly recommend going anywhere but here. You are really gambling here if you want food fast. They will let you sit there all day and night and not care.They blamed it on being short staffed and then blamed it on a shift change. Those were the excuses given to us mobile orders who sat there waiting for over an hour, but those reasons didn't effect the drive thru window tho. We actually got out, knocked on the window and reminded them multiple times that we are still waiting and they still kept on ignoring us!I will drive to Blue Springs or Lee's Summit locations before going right up the road to THIS sad filthy broken clueless location. Shut it down and give up already. The staff here will never be able to handle the amount of business here. No matter who works there, there will always be horrible customer service here. Been that way since it opened and mobile orders will never be made. They absolutely refuse to make them here.
Usually just have the everyday Tacos (2/$1.49) but tried a very small piece of my daughters Cheeseburger also today. Yummy flavors, but then again I've not had Red Meat in over 3&half yrs. Still all in all, it was good.
The one off Noland road is extremely slow. The food is cool. But every time I come cars don't move for like 10 mins or longer each car. I just called and asked them if there still open. The lady said yes we're open. I asked if there was something going on as to why the cars are not moving. She replies I'm the only manager here, im training and you can either stay or leave its up to you idc. Wow 7/7/2022 10:15pm. So on top of slow your extremely rude manager. So I'm leaving and going across the street to Taco Johns
Very very slow. I placed app order and waiting at drive through for at least 55 mins and I’m still not getting my foods yet. This is not consider fast foods. Need to built a better team.
Employees were not very attentive. Saw 6-7 behind the counter and no other customers inside at all, yet took a few minutes to even make it to the counter. Once at the register, there was no "hello/can I help you", but a mere " you ready" from the young female. Soda machine was a mess, and EVERY single table was filthy. As mentioned, no other customers in the building and maybe a couple cars in the drive-thru.A Sourdough Jack was ordered, and the bread was just plain white bread. Seriously?! Even a guy came in from the drive-thru with 2 kids meals that he ordered hamburgers for, but received tacos. How does that get confused?? No wonder some of these places are struggling to keep business or stay open, looking at some of the employees that are working at them.
I'm a door dasher and I was stuck In line for 2 hours while the 3 female employees literally cried, and told anyone who wasn't a delivery driver to leave, they are 24hr. They aren't willing to pay people well enough to get better employees so they had to shut it down all down
This place is better than any other fast food place there is. Besides Del Taco in Cali
I dread going to pick up food from here. The people are very friendly and do their best, the food is fine, it just takes forever and ever and EVER, to get through the drive-thru. even if it's just A FEW cars! i think there just needs to be a different SYSTEM for to go or pick up orders. ETC (door dash, uber, etc)food that's already had the order placed and that's done... versus, people ordering through the drive thru, who have to wait for their orders to be made and if u change your mind, or just CANT wait in line that long, or say u have an unexpected emergency, ( like not enough gas for THAT long of a wait? ? ??♀️) there's NO WAY OUT!!! ? So Anyway, it isnt that it's bad food. Or bad service, just not streamlined very well.
The last two times I ate here the food was prepared, cooked and made to look exactly like the pictures do. The end result, it came out hot, tasty and I thoroughly enjoyed it. That's so RARE anymore these days to find a fast food restaurant that takes pride with making customers orders to look exactly as they should. I cannot comment on any of the other jack in the box locations but this particular one off Noland Rd is legit!
Best burger i had 9 months, jumbo jack,curly fries,super thick chocolate shake were absolutely awesome .Fast and friendly staff...6 workers..clean...coming back next time i come to k.c.Drove 4 miles past my destination to eat here
