The waitress was very friendly, gave us the proper amount of time between decision making and ordering. Food was served very quickly. Her positive attitude didn't seem forced. Definitely recommend!
Very friendly staff. And although they were out of Bananas and Onion Rings, they were more then helpful in offering other options. Quick service and quality. Clean restrooms, but Men's restroom was missing the child changing table.
Not very busy. Was say at table away from everyone else, I assume because i have a small child. The table was dirty. Seats had food and salt all over. Waitress did not introduce herself but brought waters back quickly. After being seated far away from everyone the next person is sat down right next to us... not one seat back or forward but just next to us. As I look at her then look at all the empty spaces and look at the salt... then the prices for what you get. I'll just head back to Englewood Cafe. Prices are reasonable and I know I'm going to be say right next to someone cause it's always busy there. This Ihop has been on a down hill slide for awhile.
1st I ordered the 6 piece French Toast. I received 4 pieces with a long black hair on it. They made a whole new plate & my two companions received what they ordered with no hair & the waiter was super nice (2 stars for that).
Service was great. They went above and beyond and I found it delightful and a bit funny. I very much needed a laugh and had a great time dining here.The food was excellent! Pancakes are always so yummy as well as the other breakfast items.I was very happy there was some space between us and other people since covid still exists even if we don't Have to wear masks anymore. I really appreciate the space nonetheless. Thank you so much!

I have gone here 3 times since moving back to KC 2 months ago. The place needs better staff. I had to wait 15 min or more when several tables were empty but no one would clear the dishes off and clean them. Wait staff argued all three times we were there about not wanting people sat in their area even when those were only tables open. One even said "I already have 2 tables". 2 tables if you can not handle more than 2 tables you need a different job. Not very customer friendly. IHOP sure has gone down hill from how great it was. Hope they improve, maybe need better management.
The only reason this is getting three stars is because it took almost 2 hours in total to get seated and get our food. The food was fine, it was a little cold, but there were only about 4 people working. The place was pretty busy and they only had a few people working, so it’s understandable why it took so long. They were working very hard but still maintained a very positive attitude. I feel bad for them more than anything. anything.
Our server was so amazing. I had two of my little nephews with me who are very rambunctious. She didn't seem to mind as I calmed them down. She told them "What you need I will get never be afraid to say what you need in life. You have a voice, use it." She was amazing, the food was the perfect temperature and prompt. The bathroom wasn't very clean, but we left with smiles on our faces.
All the help they needed and not busy at all wich I can see why, say me and family down at a dirty table, I requested a table cleaning and they gave us our drinks before cleaning the table after I said something again that it needed cleaning. Wait staff sitting around with their phones in there faces whil one does all the work,one wearing face mask in kitchen but others not, don't believe in them but it didn't make since lmaooooo poor service over all, bacon was old and sausage was cold.
