Update: noticed them of this on the 12th and the 13th. Was told a refund would be issued within 7-10 days. That has not happened yet.Stopped to get a 6P wing. The long dark hair battered and fried into my food was a little extra.
Stopped in with a friend for Saturday night drinks and dinner. Tori was our waitress and was phenomenal. Never once did I see her without a fabulous smile, who seemed to be really happy at work. Her service was perfect and remarkable as she had several tables to tend.Food was really good (steamed shrimp and Caesar) and served promptly and properly plated. Drinks were poured well and came fairly fast from the bar.My only ding is the salt and pepper shakers on the table were sticky and in need of a wipe down. The rest of the table and surrounding area were very clean.Definitely a repeat next time I am in town, and if I'm lucky Tori will be working.
As Hooters is known for wings I’d say that the wings I enjoyed were over cooked. The place was dirty and requires cleaning. I’ll not be visiting this location anytime soon.They also ran out of the beverage I was drinking and didn’t provide details if they had another keg to tap or not. I was just informed that it ran out.
Hooter normally preps the food in a professional manner. Today was very embarrassing for the customer and postmates. See below the food that was delivered. I called the manager and they could not validate what was sent out from their organizations. I will tell you for 75 and the food is burnt and the fires was not in the order it speaks for itself. If you want your food made and done right go in and get your order. I requested refund from post mates and will never use their services again for the pictures attached below.
This Hooters was excellent! Monica was excellent and the teamwork each of the servers displayed was excellent. The key line pie was the best I ever had and I hope to be around here again soon.
Came here from Pennsylvania on my way to Kansas to visit in laws. What a great experience. Came in around 11 am for a lunch with my wife, baby, and service dog. Can't remember my server but she made the visit great! Very caring and actually checked up on us multiple times instead of a couple times like some places do. Loved our experience and the staff was great. Thanks!
Not a bad restaurant by any means, but you're paying for the gimmick rather than the quality. No better or worse than a run of the mill Chili's. Will try again on a busier night to see if the atmosphere provides substantial changes to the experience.
R appetizer arrived in a timely manner. The Kitchen was slow getting Customer's orders of their entrées out. R Waitress started out doing a good job, but, when it came time for us to pay r bill then it took a long time for her to collect r method of payment & we finally had to speak up. She then took care of it @ that time due to we complained about it. She was busy. Service &/or the Kitchen has been slow the last 3 times we have ate here. Morale of this is to make sure that u don't eat here when u r in a hurry.
We had a blast and our waitress was awesome it was her second day and she did a awesome job and the food was delicious and it was my best friend first time there
It was good food. A little pricy for not having fries with all meals. Service was good. Not wild about no menus we don't always take our phones in restaurants we just want meal time about personal connections. Eating establishments need to offer menus with correct prices and actual meals. Plus we were charged for a fry and it was supposed to come with a meal. But didn't catch it until we went home.
