I am literally sitting here now. I’ve been to many goodcents and is usually one of my favs. 6in penny with 3 pieces of meat? Didn’t cut in half even though requested. I’m happy I don’t live in this area and get to go back to my goodcents.
3/5. My family has ventured to several Goodcents. This particular Goodcents did not give any more than one slice of deli meat on each sandwich. One 6 inch and two 8 inches should not cost $40.00 when you get one slice of meat.
I would give no stars if I could. The staff was lazy. I asked for chicken Alfredo and they gave me a cold container and told me to warm it up myself, “it’s the same thing” they said. I asked for it to be fresh and she instead that I can’t the cold container and warm it up myself. For all that I could’ve made my own at home and it come out better.
Just because tables are moved out of the way doesn't make a place clean. Dirty looking place. Got kids sub sacks, one with only cheese nothing else and that full kids sandwich had one...ONE slice of supper thin cheese. So I paid the price of a full meal for them to give me the regular serving of cheese from a sandwich with no meat on it? I knew I shouldn't have steered away from the goodcents by my house who goes above and beyond for anything I get. The goodcents in Lee's Summit, mo on Douglas deserves the praise. I will never go anywhere else again! On top of all that they didn't even have the kids drink selections that the other location has. Not impressed. Won't be back.
Quickest way to lose business permanently is to yell at the customers over a drink. Rude staff/owners. Food wasn’t good either. Wont be back.
This place has really gone down hill! The last 3 times we have ordered they have messed up our sandwiches the toppings they do put on are very few. The website is always down and older man is very unfriendly. Will not be back. Three strikes!!!
Dirty place. The food was good but I'm afraid to say that I would hate to see how they store their food because there was a lot of cross-contamination

Sandwiches had little meat, certainly nothing "30% more", whatever that means. I would rather have the sandwich on the posters. Staff was polite, sandwich was ok. Probably wouldn't eat here again.
Customers may be tough on staff before I arrived, but the food is delicious!
