This place has THE MOST HORRIBLE STAFF!!!! They dont follow directions, they don't take accountability for messing up your food; I have never been treated with such disrespect. I will never do business with you guys......EVER.
The food is always good and we bring our food home from here quite often. The reason I'm only giving 3 stars is because our latest visit here, this past week, a young man, I'm angry with myself for not getting his name, was called up from the back to help finish my order. This same young man had helped me before and he was just as pleasant then as he was this time. Very polite and seeming genuinely invested in doing a good job. The gal who originally started helping me really kinda had a "I don't really wanna be here kind of attitude. An older lady came in during my order, I'm assuming she was a manager, and she came across with the same kind of attitude as the first gal. I asked the young man if they had any chocolate chip cookies, as none where out, and he said yes and that he would go get them for me. What really kinda frustrated me is that when he did that, the first gal almost immediately followed him back there with a " What the hell are you doing type of attitude". He told her and she then came back up to the register and said she would take my payment. This young man is pleasant, hard working and seems aimed to please, as he's done when he's helped with my orders before. I'd hate to see him lose that work ethic so young without the proper guidance and support from his superiors. Our other visits here have mostly been just fine, although there always seems to be at least one person who could really care less about being there but unfortunately, that happens everywhere. This last visit though is the one that prompted me to write this review. Help the younger ones grow and build that work ethic. Don't treat them like they don't matter because they are beneath you and that's just really how I felt this young man was treated. Sorry for the super long review. Couldn't think of how to say what I wanted, in a shorter version

Went there on a Sunday night service was bad we were the only people in there the lady was yelling at someone in the back saying you got your gloves on? She didn't write the order down we told the man make sure you get extra cheese on one of the sandwiches he said he did but got home he didn't the lady that took the order was talking to us but her word's didn't make sense it was a $75 dollar food order I have eaten there before and never had this happen
Good food.The staff acts like they are doing you a favor in making your sandwich.Ugh

Your subs are good but they dont look anything like any of the ads I've seen.
Well we're getting ready to order again our 1st experience was excellent delivery was good little slow but not bad, quality of food was great nice to switch things up instead of ordering just pizza or Chinese glad you guys deliver.
Great sandwich and soup fast friendly professional people behind the counter will definitely be back
