Usually get good hot fresh food from here. Unfortunately I didn't on this occasion. Burgers were overcooked and bad. Not sure what issue was but I'll be going to other places for a while
I mean, if you know then you know. They won't always do the "well done" fries for me here, but otherwise great service. Caution eating here after a Royals, Mavericks, or Chiefs game.
I don't understand the hype for this place. I got a small burger, small french fries and small drink which cost me $15 and some change before tip. The fries were over cooked the burger was ok but not what I expected. I was thinking it would be wonderful, very disappointed
Best tasting burgers ever. They portions of food be nice. And there shakes are also bomb. Definitely the Benz of burgers ?
This was the first time I have stopped at a "Five Guys". On the plus side, they had very good burgers. I liked the topping options, including fresh jalapenos. They were made fresh. Also, their fries were quite good. They start by putting your fries in a cup in the bag, and then they put the burger in the bag, and then they basically feel the bag up the rest of the way with the fries. I guess everyone knows that is their thing. More fries than even I could eat at one sitting. Unfortunately, I was trying to get home from the Kansas City airport. A 3-hour drive. I knew it might take a little longer than usual, but it took quite a bit longer than it would have taken if I had gone to another place, like McDonald's or even Culver's. Not bad, and I have only been there once. It is worth another try. I think they were only four people working behind the counter.

It was pretty good. Veggies crisp, burger melty cheesey, hott. Fries for days, as usual. No complaints. The only thing I'd suggest is a safer condiment set up. Every summer, with the counter just feet from the door (entrance), you guys get flies buzzing. I've seen several flying pests land on buns and veggies awaiting their burger. I only visit the 5, when its cold outside. Jbh
If I could leave zero stars I world. Went in today and ordered 2 BACON CHEESE burgers with everything but mushrooms on one and bbq sauce grilled jalapeños lettuce and grilled onions on the other and a large Cajun fries. EVERYTHING WAS BAD AND WRONG. one burger was missing bacon and the bun was wet and the meat were dry. And on the other burgers were over cooked no grilled onions or jalapeños bun was soggy and burnt bacon. And the fries were under cooked and under seasoned. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK AGAIN didn’t even eat it
Juicy, melt in your mouth, cooked to perfection cheeseburgerS! Hands down way better than a typical "fast food" place! Quicker to get in and out of than a restaurant with wait staff! Love that they give you an overflowing cup of fries and you aren't left with a cup only half full! Never disappointed with Five Guys! We'll definitely be returning again soon!
The food is always fresh! Good flavor. The hand cut fries are my favorite. The customer service on Noland Road is the best!
