Kristi W was amazing! Good customer service! Our food was hot and fresh. And she honestly made our drive through experience very pleasant by going above and beyond! In the past I haven’t always had the best experiences at this location but after sometime I decided to give it another go! Glad I did! My Expectations we’re definitely exceeded! Good job Kristi!
Amazing service from Bri and Evie! So friendly and prompt service! I walked into the restaurant and was instantly greeted with a big welcome to Fazoli's by both of them with friendly smiles! It is rare to walk into a restaurant and feel like the employees actually want to be there and even enjoy being there, was very refreshing and I will be sure to come again soon!
Angel and Lucky did a great job. Lucky helped me to get credit for my wonderful spaghetti dinner. He also helped me get this message to you. The web must be down. Thank you for my dinner. I just got out of surgery in Feb. Had to stay home until now I have been loyal for over 15 years.
Customer service was fine. I watched a girl clean the tables with windex? The lid dispenser was disgusting and looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in days. The silverware is nasty, why are you not using disposable utensils? The 3 stars are for the young Hispanic? Girl that was working the counter.
Celia and Corey are ROCK STARS! We put in a larger online order and they had it ready ON TIME! We walked in just to see these 2 busting their butts getting all the orders ready as well as take care of the customers at the drive-thru. Celia apologized for not getting the order done earlier, since they were short staffed and it was literally just the 2 of them...she didn't need to apologize at all! They did great! Hopefully, they get some more help in there; they can handle it perfectly fine, but it's nice not to be overwhelmed.
Haven't been in so long. Forgot how good rhe food was. But the service that we received last night was unbelievable. These ladies had such amazing attitudes and really made our experience a great one. Kristi was top notch.
Fazoli's is a good FAST FOOD Italian restaurant. I used to rate them a bit higher but believe they have fallen short the last few years. I have to ask for more sauce (which they charge you for) most of the time because my pasta is too dry.
Best deals ever unlimited drinks and bread sticks and 2 pasta or whatever for only $6.49. staff are amazing as well. I love Fazoli.
The baked classic was pretty good. The bread sticks meals like butter it was yummy.
The only thing good was the breadsticks. The salad was half rotten and brown and the baked spaghetti and meatballs didn't smell good. The meatballs didn't even have sauce on them. The wait was thirty minutes in drive thru for bad food. I have not had fazzolis in a long time and doubt I will be back. I could have gone to olive garden and gotten good Italian faster
