I ordered 1 donut. 2 donut holes. 1 egg. 1 latte. 1 water no ice.All they remembered to give me was my latte. So then I asked for my food. They got me two donut holes. Great dogs are happy. I asked for the rest of my food. They give me a bag and say it’s in there. I should’ve looked but I was too busy begging for my water please ( I was thirsty .)They gave me my water without ice , except it had ice.Got home and no eggs. I give up.
So we ordered and waited at least 30 minutes then we notice the ladies in the back on their phones so I asked them about my food one of the ladies told me she don’t know where my food is and she’s the one that took my order. We watched them take 5 orders and do the the whole drive through while waiting for our food, there was a manager sitting next to us not doing anything. After an additional 15 minutes the young man that took all the drive through orders made our food while the ladies stood there and did nothing, he also gave us a free sandwhich for the long wait. This is the second time that has happened to us at that location
Worst experience here ever. Served cold food to a pregnant woman and then had the audacity to tell me they heated up the second order "extra hot", which is normal warm temp. What in the actual. I will never return. Disgusting. I get more consistency at McDonald's.
This Dunkin has actually made me not like Dunkin. This particular location does not make coffee very well it always taste bitter and I order a hazelnut large iced coffee with extra cream every time and it taste like black coffee every time I get it and even today the only reason why I came to Dunkin today is because I passed scooters by accident. Whoever owns this Dunkin franchise needs to reevaluate the new employees that they have your coffee is trash every time
I stopped by this location today around 4:30pm and the women working was so so incredibly sweet :) I felt awful for her though as it seemed that she was the only person working. Even with that possible circumstance she was incredibly kind and warm. I truly hope that she is being paid well and is being supported by more staff soon, and shame on whoever is having her work alone/understaffed
Came to purchase a box of Munchkins (donut holes). Selection was limited to chocolate glazed at the time I was there. Manager had some difficulty scanning my QR code, though I thought everyone was trying to be helpful. Finally, access is a bit limited: the only driveway is off 291– no entrance from Hub Drive, as on the map.
They were busy, and I placed an online order (a dozen mixed donuts) that I had to wait for longer than it was supposed to, but once I got a hold of someone at the store, they prepared my order and it was all good. They were really busy, but everyone was working hard, so I didn't have it in me to be upset.
Worst drive thru experience ever. Maybe is was a bad day for them, but it was awful. I totally understand with covid being short staffed and under a lot of stress, but there’s no room to be ignorant. The coffee was terrible as well. The lady working the drive thru was rude and hard to hear. We pulled up to the window and still noting was correct even though we were assured it was. They also couldn’t make the correct change back. Just ridiculous. Never going to this location again. Hopefully others have a better experience!
Under new ownership. Unfortunately they do not speak or understand a lot of English. Makes it hard to order and correct a mistake. I received the wrong donut and they did not understand what I did want so gave me 2 donuts but still wrong :(
The manager was awesome! So sweet and friendly. We just fell in love with her and her accent hypnotized me. She is a beautiful person.Our donuts were fresh and wonderful. She even made some fresh and hot for us so we could have the specific ones we wanted even though it was later in the day.Our frozen coffee blend was delicious as was our fruit refresher. We ordered 2 dozen donuts mixed, some donut holes, a frozen coffee, fruit refresher and my daughter even received a friendly gift.
