I had a blended strawberry boba tea. It is definitely not my favorite boba tea I've ever had. The little tapioca balls kept clogging the straw and were kinda hard. The actual drink itself was not but at all. I went right at opening so I'm kinda shocked that the first boba tea of the day was made so poorly. The service was nice though, I can't complain about that one bit.TLDR: Service is good, tea is good, tapioca balls were trash.
Passion fruit smoothie is great. Taro and lavender milk teas were good but the boba wasn’t great.
Tried it for the first time ever and the popping boba was DELICIOUS!! Going back today for more?
they tripped a customer in the parking lot and then gave them the wrong drink with only 2 bobas in it !!!
Went here, got 2 drinks. The cherry smoothie was practically flavorless and mine was good but my green apple bobas/jellies in the bottom tasted so horrible freezer burnt I couldn’t eat themEdit for management reply: I’ve had the jellies at the river market and also the location on 39th, neither tasted like that. It wasn’t bitter or potent, it was freezer burnt tasting. I don’t remember the exact time but this occurred roughly a month ago. I thought I had already left a review
My daughters have been going alot lately and I tried the tiger milk tea and I love it
Came in at 7 and was told they were closing. Pretty sure you don’t close at 7 but cool. Won’t be back.
I use to live down the street from the river market location. Suffice to say, the independence location was a huge disappointment in comparison. Extreme lack of professionalism on multiple fronts.
Always love coming here for my boba fix but today was different. Our drinks were great but the 2 girls working in the back were very rude and disrespectful especially to the family in front of us. As the family took their order The girls started to say rude stuff about the family and their kids right in front of us. Very unprofessional.
Worst Dragonfly I've ever been to, won't be coming back. Only good thing was the young man with the painted nails that took our order. He was super friendly and had great customer service.
