Just wanted to commend the staff. The service here has come so far from when I first moved to Independence. My order was hot, fresh, on time, and they remembered my sauces. It wasn't always like this so well done guys ❤
Tried to order online and hung up after being on hold for ten minutes. Called back in the car and drove up there. Walked in still on hold. Was asked if they could help me. I said yes you can, by answering the phone and taking my order as I still was on the phone on hold standing in the lobby. Then I was told she didn't have time to answer the phone that we're to busy for this shift and walked away. I ordered a pizza for a friend who just lost her husband. It was ordered at 5 pm. At 8:30, the pizza tracker says it will be another 30 minutes. I tried to call to cancel the order and I have been on hold the first time for 30 minutes and currently for another 20 minutes. ?. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I do know I can get paid to listen to my radio and earn dough while delivering dough, over and over. If I am interested, I need to speak to a manager. To do that, manager Darrel, you need to pick up the *#$* phone.
Nice people, but you're not likely to get the right order. Ordered 2 two-topping pizzas only to get 2 standard pepperoni. Why spend the extra money for delivery to get the wrong product? Save yourself the hassle and buy a frozen pizza instead.
I like Dominoes Medium thin crust Pizza with sausage & onion. Or whatever topping you like. It's perfect for Me & My 4 yr old Granddaughter. They slice it up just right too!! Perfect for little hands!
About 6 months ago this was a horrible place to order from. Either your food never showed up or it took 2 to 3 hours to get it and 8t was awful. But this is my go to pizza place now. Delivery and or Carey out.In the last 4 months not one mistake on an order and food is always fresh and hot. The man that makes the pizza is awesome and he is very friendly with customers coming into the store.The only complaint I really have is that most of the time the slices aren't cut all the way and I end up losing toppings trying to tear them apart! LoL.
We ordered a pizza. The dough was not done. I called the store and was told another would be sent out. 1 1/2 hours later, still no pizza. I understand that they are busy and short handed but customer service is still important. I won't order from them again.
I ordered a pizza at 4:30. It's 6:12 and it's still not here. Now at 5:45 I called to find out what the deal was. Now yes I'm keeping in mind that it's bad weather out right now so it's gonna take longer but when I called the manager told me 20 min. Now here at 6:13 I call back and he tells me that it won't be much longer that his driver just got here and that he's had one driver all day an their car broke down. Ok well you knew all this at 5:45 when I called so why not tell me then.? And to top it off he doesn't offer no e.t.a. nor does he offer a discount no nothing just straight hung up in my face. Rude disrespectful and so not worth all the time that I've wasted waiting for food . Next time I'll just call pizza hut.
Made an online order, after I arrived 15 minutes later they had to make my pizza fresh as everything else was on the hot rack. Did not receive the 3$ in sauces I paid extra for (which I did not receive) I tipped the carry people as I always do but I will never return to this store after waiting an extra 10 minutes for my pizza to be made and was basically the sauces I already paid for and did not receive. I always support tipping employees but I’ll never order again from this store. Don’t deliver from this spot if you expect your order to be correct. I will never again deliver from this location
They just need to be fire. Manager hates his job he stated this several times. It trickles down to employers.
