They still don't allow dine in and there is no sign in the door. The sign is in the far side of the front window. I watched many people get out of their cars to try to go in only to realize they would have to enter the drive through which had grown by 3-5 cars by the time they got back to their cars to get in line. I did this myself. The food quality has gone way down hill in the last couple years and it will probably be another 8 months before I try it again. It's the only chicken place around for miles and it's very disappointing.
Gross food. Service is sad.Food is sad. Business is sad. Needs a major redo. Especially the food and training on how to make it. I have more trust for the 15 year olds at McDonald's to make my food and half of them can't properly turn on an oven.
Terrible food and service. Ignores complaints and refuses refunds on terribly made food.Save your money , go to KFC, infinity times better. In fact. Eating out of KFC's trash. Would be better quality then the trash they serve here
I got Church's Chicken for 10 pieces for 1199 it was a last-minute thought but it was all good short waiting line
Don’t try to call them as that doesn’t work. If you order online please know the doors are locked and you can’t pickUp your prepaid food. You have to wait in line at the drive thru while other non pre ordered patrons order, yet they don’t tell you that. If your lucky after a 30 minute wait on your pre order you will get your food. Unfortunately for me I was on the unlucky side as they said they didn’t have my confirmed order. Looks like in the next day or 2 I get to file a dispute on this charge. I will make my dispute on Sunday as to make me feel better about Church’s Chicken. Unbelievable!!!! Customer Service in America is at a all time low.
This goes out to Both the Church's Chicken in Independence.Learn to prep more coating the night before. When you don't it tastes like someone's fried chicken in their home who doesn't know how to fry correctly. Tasteless and no seasoning.*For those of you who don't know how they do their batter. . . They season the flour the night before for all the flavors to mix like marinating... And then the toss it in the seasoned flour and drop in frier after coating it well. *The last few times I've went the chicken was horrid.
It’s hit or miss with this location … lately the chicken has been mushy. It’s actually happened before and I took it as a one off.. I don’t even want to chance it anymore.. The employees are always nice and I’ve never had a long wait, it’s just the quality of chicken lately..
This church is chicken is located in Independence on 23rd Street quick convenient and what I was impressed with is that they had my selections where other churches said they were out.
Food was very good, and hot, and the quality was very good, the cost was good for the quantity of food we received.
I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich & spicy chicken tenders none of which were actually spicy. And the baked Mac and cheese don't even waste your time paying extra for it ? its mushy and just gross.
