It has been an excellent experience the last 3 times. Very polite staff a d good fresh food! Way different than the other location in town
The service was slow as hell! They forgot to include half my order and I had to go back through the drive thru. From now on, I'm going to the Church's on 23rd street where the service is tons better.
I would give zero stars if I could. Just waited 20 minutes in line at the drive thru. Ordered a 3 piece mixed dinner, which came with a side and a biscuit, and a coke. What I got was 2 legs, 1 thigh, which were grease soaked and burnt, no biscuit and sweet tea with so little ice it was warm. And it cost me $11.73! I will never waste my money there again.
I ordered 2 Combo meals , Texas Combos , menu said it came with 2 sides, I only got 1. Ordered 2 extra sides for about 28.00. Got home, 1 combo was short the biscuit, no straws for the drinks and forgot the dipping sauce. I have gone to this location for many years and they always forget at least one item on the order. Might not go there again.
Horrible service tonight. I ordered two 3 piece chicken strips meal and a chicken sandwich. I got home there was not a single side and no biscuits. So I just had chicken strips and a drink. The chicken sandwich was good from what I was told. It’s hard enough to eat out, then it was all wrong. Plus I could not even call them because no one would answer and mailbox full. I guess back to KFC.

Placed an order online, for a 6 piece mixed (received all dark).When I got there, they stayed couldn't find my order.Have looked at my order status says order received, then order complete, enjoy food.This is not the first time I've had issues with this restaurant
The chicken is unbelievably fake here, you can just taste the similarities in a Burger King chicken nugget. Also, no signature sauce? That’s what’s gonna sink this company the most is these two options. 10$ For fake food? I’d rather spend the extra dollar at canes at least I know the food will be fresh
This particular location have always served up some good food....But A few days ago I picked up chicken for me and my husbands dinner. We both had the three piece tender meal...with different sides. And an added apple pie. When I arrived home with the chicken and opened the box ..I was sorely disappointed at the pieces of chicken they had given me...The chickn was hard..and cold...and I have never seen such dry despicable looking apple pies..The only thing fulfilling of this dinner was the drinks. If time had permitted me to go back..then I would've...Word to.the Wise.. Dont leave teens to prepare and watch over chicken... People work too hard to be spending money at food places only to be dissatisfied of their order.."BLNT"
My Church's Chicken is never open only through the drive-thru that gets old because they only have a short area to be in line. And the people in there don't understand what you're saying because it's being talked to through a microphone. They're not able to see your face and you a not able to explain to them what you want. They mess up my order every time the One on Noland Road by Chrisman High School
