Definitely not what it used to be. It has been revamped and just all arcade games for bigger kids and some rides and games for the smaller kids. We did get some pizza, it was decent but was a little on the toastier side. Staff was super helpful and friendly as it had been years since we had been there. We bought an hour of unlimited play and all shared the card. Tickets are counted/kept digitally on the token card and you can pick out prizes when you're done. Bathrooms were clean.

Air was broken from what i was told. Some things were down and it got dirty real fast due to one party. Didn't see anyone cleaning up. For a Tuesday night i was disappointed

Drove in from out of state for my grandsons bday and tried to reserve a table (already had the cake) to save the $50 NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT but was told we had to reserve online and have it there for at least 24 hrs to get a party table, utterly ridiculous!!! Only good thing was it was about the same cost without a tablecloth, balloons and a ticket blaster with the small amount of kids we had. Should rethink the NONREFUNDABLE tho!

this one is way better than tiffany springs all machines operating solid service as well.

I had a party for my son on April 16th and our experience was horrible! The tables were dirty, the table provided was not enough seating for the number of people I reserved. I never received the balloons, 2000 extra tickets, both of which were included in the package. We received one pitcher of watered down warm Sierra Mist for the kids. We arrived at 245 and my party host did not come greet us untill after 3 o'clock, by which point guests were arriving and I still didn't hadn't received any of the play cards. Not to mention how clueless our party host was. I was asking her questions about how the.flow of things normally go and what the party process is like, to which she replied "I don't know". A lot of the stuff were so rude and unfriendly! I was shocked that they were allowed to work there with having such sour attitudes. When we went to redeem our tickets, two employees stood talking to each other and completely ignoring us. When I finally got their attention they sighed and rolled their eyes. My son was so excited for this party and we were all truly disappointed in this experience. We will never be having another party here , not will any of our family or friends. Absolutely horrible

It was very clean and friendly staff ... Games and rides were all working ... Price was reasonable when you factor in the costs of other things to help entertain toddlers and kids ... Went when it opened on a weekday during the school year and was not busy at all

Good prices, but, most of the games were broken or down, and not for a 3 year old. Games were too high up for him to reach or see, etc. Main event had more things he could do which is disappointing as Chuck e. Cheese is supposed to be for young children.

The girls were so nice and professional tonight. Best experience I've had in forever! Thanks ladies

We had fun on 1/30/22. The payment/coin/ticket aspect seems unclear but we had a great time regardless. I was especially impressed with the young lady that helped us at the prize booth. My daughter didn't quite have enough tickets for her desired prize but this employee went above and beyond to make sure my child could reach her goal. Thank you so much!

Employees were very friendly, just real dissipointed in the prices and games. Chuckie wasn't out I guess you gotta pay for a party to get him out. We will be sticking with power play
