Very busy when we went, but line was moving fast. Sometimes you just need a 3lbs burrito. The flavors are ok. I wish the tomatillo sauce was spicier, but otherwise this is a well run location. We got food we wanted and employees seemed happy.Overall I'd like to see more topping options at chipotle, like cilantro and onions but that's corporate, not this location.
I love this chipotle BUT today’s visit was unpleasant. Friend and I got burritos and they were not wrapped all the way so my whole meal ended up falling apart.
This location hires people who know how to properly cook the meat, they do a particularly good job with the steak. Its juicy and not overcooked like the other location 5 miles west of here. Make the trip down this way. Its easily worth the extra 5 miles.
I have been going to this Chipotle for years. The food is always good and they seem to be more generous than most Chipotles when it comes to their portions. They do prioritize their mobile app orders over others so that is frustrating at times if you get your order in person like we do. Regardless we enjoy the food here.
Amazing food. But what happend Chipotle? When did you guys start making burritos and bowls so small? Like a year ago this place was 5 star. But if you order online at all they will hold out on every single thing you got on your burrito, even if you get double meat. It's like I'm paying 15 dollars for a burrito, please don't make the portions smaller because I'm ordering online and not in your face while your making my food. Thank you.
Love this location until last week when i ordered a burrito and asked for extra white rice , the employee answered um no i will not serve you any extra rice i have to many other orders that still need to be filled . I asked to speak with manager employee stated she was the manager and there was no one above her and refused to give me corporates number . I sat and watched at least 20 more customers come in and order and not one of them were told no to anything they ordered... .
I had never had the pork before, it wasn't very good stuff. The tacos where swimming, and the tastes was really weird. I couldn't finish them. It was too busy to get in line again. :( The chips and guac were as good as always. To next time, it's chicken again. The kids tried the sofitoes, and the were good.
Best Chipotle location around. Prefer this one over the 291 hwy location in Lee’s Summit any day. The food is always fresh at this one and the restaurant is always clean. Madison is a wonderful manager and you can tell she takes pride in running this location well.
It was not very good this visit. 2 bowls for $22 and change and they barely put any chicken in it. Kinda spendy for a bowl of mostly rice. We probably won't be going back for quite some time. It was also extremely cold in the dining area. Many tables were dirty. Looking around, it was just a bunch of kids working that could care less.
Horrible!! I’ve been going to this chipotle and never have issues til tonight! I made an online order everyone’s food was made right but my husbands and myself. My husband got little to no steak on his burrito I ordered double for his and my bowl but my bowl had NO steak at all. Just sent my bowl back and all I get is two small containers full of steak! When it was proven I had ordered double to begin with!!! I will not be going back that is absolutely ridiculous!!
