I don't expect alot from a casual chain, but the experience we had tonight was abhorrent. We were seated in the bar area. We waited ten minutes and the the bar tender/server tells us she will be with us in a couple of minutes. This happened two or three times. She finally comes out from behind the bar and then talks to a server for a couple of minutes before we were waited upon. My wife and daughters food came out totally wrong. My sons food came out totally burnt. I will never go in there again!

Edit: 2 days after my review we did finally recieve gift cards in the mail to cover our meal cost. I'm changing my review from 2 to 3 stars as they did honor their word to compensate us appropriately.Wow! I don't even know what to say about this place, other than do yourself a favor & avoid carryout at all costs! We ordered dinner from there 11 days ago. Upon arrival we paid for our order (we paid cash) and sat on the bench to wait. After about 15 minutes another member of staff came out and asked us to pay again. We weren't given a receipt. So the manager comes to the register and eventually gets us all squared away. After another 20+minutes were presented with our order. Drove straight home, barely a mile from the restaurant. Every hot dish is cold. We had 3 salads with 2 small dressings total. All were ordered with extra ranch. My 5 year old had a kids pizza with salad for his side. His pizza had an order of fries thrown on top that had become one with the cheese. My margarita lime chicken had no rice or beans. There was much more wrong. Call the restaurant & talk to Brenda, the manager that helped us at the restaurant. She was great on the phone. Acknowledged that they were pretty much a hot mess and said she'd be mailing us gift cards to cover the cost of our meal first thing in the morning. This was again ELEVEN days ago. We've yet to receive anything at this point. Considering it's local I'm pretty sure I'm not going to be receiving those gift cards.

I wanted to celebrate my father in heaven for Father’s Day, they were closing up and still allowed me to do this. The bartender was so thoughtful and understanding . I took my dad to Chilies back in 07 and wanted to just remember the moment.

After having the experience me and my family had I rushed over to the reviews to find many people have had the same experience.#1 this location was under staffed, we got inside and sat down and waited slightly longer than we should have,#2, once we ordered drinks they took forever to bring those out#3, it was way to cold inside felt like I was sitting in a freezer box#4, an order was messed up and and instead of placing the item in a bowl as supposed to be they flopped it on the tray,#5, out waiter disappeared mid service and some other lady help and she had a great attitude she made our end experience a lot more tolerable#6, was told there was no toilet paper in one stall in the bathroom but they didn't careWould I come back to this location PROBABLY NOT

We went tonight and went in and sat at the bar-was informed they weren’t seating in the bar area-probably no more than 3 tables with customers in the entire restaurant and several families waiting in front to be seated. Manager told us he would get someone to serve us but said he only had 2 servers and no bartender-we left. It’s a Saturday night! We went down the street to Longhorn’s and had fabulous service and meal and they have plenty of help so it’s not employee shortage! Chili’s needs to get it together or they won’t survive here long.

Went on a Saturday night which was a mistake. Was told 30-45 minute wait while only like half the seating was in use so obviously short staffed. Still decided to wait in car. After about 45 minutes went in and was told 90 minutes. I said had already been here 45 minutes when they said 30-45. Said weren't seating anyone as kitchen was too backed up with to go and delivery orders. So they won't serve customers that are physically right there but will continue to take outside orders? That is a very poor business model, you serve the customer that is there. Stop the delivery and to go first and serve the customers that are there and been waiting.

Food was good but service lacking. We had to ask for side salad we ordered which should come before the meal. A guy came from the kitchen with the salad walking from table to table asking if anyone ordered a salad at that table. After he asks about 7 different tables, he makes it to our table. Half our food came but couldn't eat it because we needed the other half. Meanwhile our food is getting cold sitting in front of us. We had to search for our server but couldn't find her. They gave me flour tortillas but I ordered corn because I eat gf. My husband has no sauce to eat his chicken crispers with so they're getting cold while we wait for our server to show up. Then we wait more time for her to bring the stuff we need to our table.

We have always have had good food at Chili's but not tonight we both had a dinner that we could not eat, very dried out and cool. I asked to have my plate taking back my wife tried eating hers but left most of the food The manager was told of the problem and you would think a manger should come and find out what the problem was especially on a night that they were training and serving bar area only. Manager was a no show. Paid for good service and horrible food.

This place has some magnetic field or something, it pulls me back again and again to taste their food.

Waitress acted like she could care less if she even took your order. Food was average but service was not good. I used to enjoy eating there but not anymore. What's wrong with people? Everything in the service industry has changed for the worst. Pretty sure I won't be back. To bad really. Doubt they even care.
