Came to this location this evening. Drive through was a 15 minute wait. I'm not sure why it was so long. Once we were able to order, we asked the person over the mic which birthday desserts qualified for the free dessert. The girl on the intercom said it was a cookie or brownie which my wife opted for the brownie. When we got to the window to receive our food, we were told the shakes also qualified. Too late now... We drove home & realized we didn't get the brownie. Even with the girl at the register reading out our order. Instead what we got was this random packet of Charred Tomato Crispy Red Bell Peppers which I didn't ask for.
This place has been hit or miss on the food quality recently. The service has always been top notch but the chicken has been over cooked the last two times I have visited at lunch time. It might have to do with how busy they are. When it does get busy expect to wait up to 15 minutes in the drive through for food.
Treat you with kindness. The food is warm and fresh, not feeling like it has been sitting under a warmer for a long time. The service is fast, as I went to sit at the table after ordering the food was brought to me.
Pretty fast service. Mac and cheese was piping hot and delicious but the chicken left much to be desired, it was flavorful just not very fresh. Probably not a favorite restaurant but would go back for the Mac and cheese anytime.
Good place to eat, however, my only complaint will always be the waffle fries. They will either be too hard and salty, too soggy and burnt tasting, not fresh, a box full of crumbs, or maybe even 4 big ones in the box. Other than that you're okay to eat here. Chicken itself will never be cold!
Disgusting, not only was the wait long, first I ordered a med got a small asked is this a medium and he said yes, I don't think so! My fries were barely full and they had so much salt it was ridiculous unable to eat those, my grilled chicken was almost like wet it was so nasty!! I don't know what all the hype is about chic fil a but its gross!!
Great place to hangout with friends to eat and to have some fun.
Eli is the Man. Popeye's sandwiches could cure cancer and I would still choose Chic-fil-A anyday out of the year....except for Sundays that day is reserved for cookouts and God. This Chic-fil-A is always busy and the fastest service in town. Name me one sandwich that even comes close.... You can't.
Always a win. This location is always busy but they give great customer service every time. Tried the Cobb salad for the first time and it was really good. Especially with the avocado lime dressing.
Fast food and service. The staff is super friendly. I feel like I always get shorter on my fries, but I've ben told that's the right serving even if my box is half full (I order large fries when I want a medium serving ?). Other than that, they're pretty quick and I go there a lot.
