A guy wearing a super dirty shirt and green cap walked in after a cigarette and touched literally everything back in the pizza area including topping containers with toppings in them DID NOT ONCE WASH HIS HANDS IN THE TEN MINUTES IVE BEEN HERE! I hope everyone tomorrow will enjoy the cigarette tasting germ infested toppings and the used to be clean pizza trays. Also they did not start making the pizza until I was already here; it was the only one. Another guy came in after with the same thing
Wow so greasy im not going to be coming back to this one for a while. I didn't know pizza had to have greese to cook
We have always loved Casey's Pizza over any of the other Pizza Stores/Chains. Even though we have to drive 15 minutes to pick it up. This past Sunday we ordered two pizzas as we always do. The Taco Pizza and the Original Meat Galore Pizza. We even tried the new flat bread crust on the taco pizza. We must say both pizzas were absolutely delicious. The taco pizza on the flat bread crust was really excellent. One of the best taco pizzas we have ever had from Casey's.
Why is it that EVERY time I irder a pizza from this particular Casey's, it is always cut WRONG?! This time I asked for it to NOT be cut...It was cut!!! I am done with this Casey's. I called and the phonevrang and rang. It went dead. I called again, busy...This store has problems for sure.
Ive been working here for about the past 8 months and yes we have our flaws, we are not perfect, sometimes there's a long line and sometimes people have to wait on pizza, but I promise, we try our best to give customers the best experience possible. We are number 1 in pizza sales out of 500 stores, so it definitely gets overwhelming at times, just trust that we are human and we do the best that we possibly can with what we have. Best pizza in town
Worst Casey’s I’ve ever been to!!!! Twice I’ve ordered pizza and twice they have not had it ready when due time was said…… waiting 4 to 5 hours for a pizza order is ridiculous!!!!! And then the employees being very rude to the customers because of their lack of work ethic….. COMPLETELY UNCALLED FOR!!!! If you can’t make pizzas on time then maybe just close the pizza department at this location for good. Customers deserve WAY better!!!!
Besides having to wait the last 2x we ordered. Pizza was good. But calling in an order seems pointless when they're putting the order in the oven at the ETA.
I am writing this review based on my last experience at this casey’s location. I ordered pizza for football sunday and they were out of the items i ordered. No one bothered to try to fix this mistake by offering me another pizza or any substitute for that matter so i asked for a refund. The store manager did not apologize and became very rude. I had to figure out how to get a refund without any help from the store. The customer service is horrible.
Ordered pizza from here, talked to a lady on the phone who had a slight attitude. Then went to go pick it up only to be told oh we don’t have an order for those pizzas or phone number or under that name. So apparently she acted like she took my order but didn’t. Won’t ever do business here again.
They had sold out of the pizza that I wanted. But the cook soon made some more pizza. I would go back, but I want get pizza, they have a whole lot of foods.
