Very nice, huge, sign in front of your building… ever thought of using it to advertise that you're not open for inside dining? First and last time I will ever visit this location.
Figured we try their new Waygu Steakhouse burgers... Wasn't bad but was a bit sloppy prepared... just overran with sauces and lettuce eh.......
Ordered a Corn Beef Combo...Hardly any Corn Beef on the sandwich. It was all sandwich spread and Sour Kraut. I would've included a pic but of course they don't have that option. Horrible sandwich!!
Unbelievable, went through the drive thru around 8:26pm. My husband was trying to place an order and got no answer. After waiting a few minutes he said hello again, then one of the workers finally answers in a very rude way. She yelled at him and told him with an attitude that she was clearly doing something and he needed to wait. She essentially said "Oh my God can't you see I'm busy, if I'm not answering or picking up It means Im busy" My husband and I were in shock. We ended up leaving and going to taco bell instead. We normally never have an issue ordering food here. But That employee clearly should not be working the drive Thru at all. Usually when workers are busy they let us know and tell us "just a minute, I'll be right with you". Not only was the employee not responding for a long period of time. But when she finally did respond it was in a aggressive and rude manner.
Lies about hours they are open website and hours posted on the door says 10:30. Well according to the person that works there at this moment they close at 9. Just for Clarity this is 3/10/2022 at 9:14 pm
They messed up our order but the staff was friendly and had us drive back through to fix it immediately. Everyone makes mistakes from time to time but it's all in how it's handled! Bonus we got an extra chicken sandwich since they couldn't take it back lol.
Good but food. I love their chicken bacon swiss and potato cakes with horsey sauce on them.
Great as always. I was able to use my birthday email printout for a free small Curly Fries and free small Shake, I got Jamocha with any sandwich purchase. Plus they have their YUMMY Fish back. Now that is really good but trust me if it isn't hot when you get it, don't even open it, send it back for a hot one or it will be NASTY. So we had that and the two for $6 on the Beef & Cheddar, a French Dip and a Crinkle Cut Fries. Topped it with 2 Dr. Peppers. Fabulous.The place was fairly clean, two other tables had yet to be cleaned. The floor was clean. The counters clear and clean. Drink center wiped down. Everything was stocked. There were no condiments set out, you had to request them at the counter. And the trash had apparently been recently emptied.The parking lot was clean and nice. Trash also empty or appeared to be.
We went through the drive thru. The staff was very friendly and worked quickly. Our food was hot and the order was correct.
It's a good place for carry out but you never know when they are open.
