location great, custard is excellent. - 2 stars because the owners apparently don’t mind people driving across small craters in the entrance road turning into this Andy’s! Has been this way since day 1 Watch out especially at night or you will damage your wheels. They did such a nice job but this one item. Whether they own the road or not they should figure out how to get it patched

Love love love everything about Andy's. From there concrete to there pup cups. Everyone is friendly and order is always correct. Never had a bad experience. And amazing location. So glad that it was built here in Independence, Mo
My family enjoyed their ice cream. One was overly full, but then the employee put a lid on it which took off a bunch of the ice cream on top. He asked if I wanted lids, but I thought he'd have those cone shaped lids instead of the flat ones he used. There was only 1 employee working, so he had to take our order, we paid him, then he made the ice cream. It was decently fast for only one person though. He gave lots of cherries which we liked. A little expensive just under $13 for 2 ice cream orders. Overall good!
Had a (bad visit) they made it up to use and was (highly grateful and happy) with this visit got the triple chocolate smooth chocolate and heath chocolate chip. My opinion of this visit I will come back and tell others
Delicious!But the service needs lots of help. Waited 15 minutes for a pre-mix pint. I should have told him when I ordered that I'll take it right now. I was just trying to wait my turn. Finally went to the window and asked for my pint. His reply was, "oh, ya, I'll get it".Now how hard can that be?Other people were waiting for a long time as well. Lots of half melted treats were being served. This place needs training in a bad way. I will not be going back again for a while. Hopefully it will improve.
The frozen custard here is very good but melts very fast. The ingredients they put in or on par with Sonic or other places. The price is being higher for what you get so I will probably fix it other places. Would not recommend.
Place is almost always busy, especially the drive thru. Has so many good flavors and combinations. I love the cherry ? bash and son loves the all star jackhammer. Good service and friendly staff.
Every Andy's that I've been to has the same friendly feel and great ice cream. The lines get HUGE but they get you through pretty quick.
a medium is a large so always get a small. great taste and very speedy
