It had been 5 years since I had been to WingStop after the last trip was not good.My daughter wanted it and rarely can I say no to her. I ordered it online and we pick it up to eat it there.The restaurant was clean not crowded and our food was ready on time.I was impressed this time. Everything was good. The chicken wasnt overcooked and the fries could have been a lil crisper but you can't win em all. My daughter enjoyed it. That's all I care about.We will be back
This star is for the front staff's customer service. Granted the young lady didn't look correctly the first time, her kindness trumped the overlook. In short, I have tried this location 3 times and regret it each one. Shame on me ?. Just find another Wingstop in the area.
If I could rate lower than one star I would. I placed an order over 2 months ago that I still have not received a refund from. I went to store to pick up order and they were closed due to lack of workers. For two months I have called store and corporate to request refund, non of which has been successful. The store today insisted it had been refunded and refused yo just make the food. Again, I have contacted corporate, who again states they will contact the department who issues the refunds. At this point I’ll take my 70 dollar loss and NEVER patronize Wing Stop again. The store on Lindbergh completely useless!
As a first time customer I took it easy on the sauce, not wanting to get too spicy. The Hawaiian sauce was great on the tenders and I can't believe how delicious the Cajun fried corn is! I will definitely be back. They are open late, too, another plus.
The general manager Steve was very helpful, my order was wrong the night before and I wasn't able to go back that night since they were closing and he was very kind to fix the mistake and remade my order. The staff and everyone there is very polite and the food was excellent. Thank you!
This place is a joke! My husband called in an order. I waited over an hour just to receive my food! No Ice in the machine for fountain drinks! I had to ask about my order after waiting, and waiting, and waiting, and waiting. The staff are rude and obnoxious! Just a joke. I will never come to this wingstop again!
How long can the wait be for ten wings and a drink? Well this location seems to be trying to find out just how long they can push that wait time. Orders take so long they never even get picked up and food gets tossed out. Wingstop is generally a good place to pick up some wings, just not this absolutely horrendous location. Ive come in for a pick up order and seen people waiting over an hour for their food. Skip it and choose another place if you don't want to wait.

I must be a heathen for mistreatment and terrible service with how often I continue to give this place a chance. Must be a weird kink of mine.. Anyway! Long story short Is the food is never ready timely and of course when I got home I realized these fools can't even read. Wrong sauce on our wings.. All of our wings. Also was told 20 mins and it turned into a 40 min ordeal and then the cashiers have stank attitudes to match their face and odors. Today I had the pleasure of not only waiting an additional 20 mins for my already paid for food but the underproductive staff announced there were no more fries and "oh well.." which is ironic considering the woman complaining about her subpar pay thinks she deserves more. Then their is just the general terrible customer service. I've had better treatment dealing with drug dealers and felons... Also ironic considering. Anyway. Would not recommend. Store manager, district manager and employees all need to be replaced and the store turned into a DMV. If I'm going to wait I may as well be in the right place.
This is the only location that's been consistent!! The only change I'm not impressed with is the bundling of our food in a large aluminum pan... bad idea.That only allows the wings to become soggy and lose their crispness.. I like the original way each flavor in its own containers.
