White Castle moves fast and.serves up delicious food. They were pretty busy but still completed our order in a timely fashion. There is a great deal on their chicken rings currently and their honey mustard is always a delicious dipping sauce.
Not a huge fast food fan, but I am lovin' those 1921 sliders! Thicker than a normal White Castle burger, with good toppings. One of the best sliders I've had including restaurants.
Late night especially on nights the local bars are open they're super duper packed. I will never waste a hr of my life again for a delicious double jalapeno cheeseburger
The workers were rude tried to short us on food and argued with us in the drive through lane. Will drive 20 minutes out of the way to the other White Castle then come back here. A shame I remember when the drive through line was to the street this time maybe 3 other cars.
I picked up food for my grandmother and she wanted the 1951 sliders. This is how I recieved her sliders and in the bag was an opened BBQ sauce all over the bag and sliders. Never again will I come here.
Horrible service! I placed an online order which was guaranteed to be done 15 minutes after the order was placed. I gave extra time just in case and got there 25 minutes after order was placed. The order was still not done! I waited for an hour and my order still hadn't be done. I only ordered a Clutch Case. I hated seeing people walking in, placing their order and walking out while I was waiting for an order I placed in advance. I noticed the staff did a lot of talking and playing behind the line. I'm done with this location! When I asked for a refund, they had the audacity to say, "we're about to bag it." After an hour, no thank you. I won't make the mistake of going to this location ever again.
I really like the 1921 burger ? because it's a regular burger with onion lettuce pickle?& tomato ?. I also love that the Coca-Cola Freestyle Soda Machine has Barq's Diet Cream & Seagram's Diet Ginger Ale Soda's on it. Delicious. ?
The burgers were cool however my fish nibblers were way undercooked. When I took them back I got a vague “sorry about that” from who I guess was the manager. Just awful.
This white castle is becoming just as horrible the rest of the restaurants in north county. Used to be great service and people zipping through the line both inside and out, but as soon as they transferred the big manager Karen out, things started tanking, long lines cant get orders right, not giving me all my order forgot to put my 2 fish with cheese in with my order, put pickles on my burgers after asking for no pickles. They have no help, This place is becoming atrocious and if it continues I won't patronize this location anymore. you make billions of dollars a year in sales, pry open your wallet and pay people more, maybe you'll get more help, Culver's is hiring right across the street for 15-16.00 a hr you only want to pay 13.50 per hour? How do u expect to get good help at that wage in Joe Bidens America.
Drive-thru lines were long, so hubby went inside. He returned promptly with hot delicious food. We ate in our vehicle and watched the vehicles move quickly through the lines.
