Good Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant- but, it was more like lunch. Husband had a good Sausage Egg Cheese sandwich.Friendly people work there.
The food was good. The service was not so hot. Had to go thru the drive thru twice before they got the order correct. Not exactly the best experience.
Food good but bad customer service I went up there to get my kids some food and this girl hand it to me I went through the bag but I didn’t have no Sauce and I was waiting and she seen me she just never came to the window
Fast food done right. Wendy's always has the big page of coupons so they do try to help you during this crazy inflation. I got the double baconators buy one get one free. So about $7 for 2 hefty burgers which is pretty good these days. Quality was good also. I stop by once a week. Good stuff!
We have been at Burger King across the street and got the worst service in the world so we said God I hope Wendy's isn't like this, & after spending 45 minutes there I think we spent 5 minutes at Wendy's very nice very fast thank you
I wish I could've given 0 stars! Old wilted lettuce in the salad I purchased today. Staff is not friendly and to pay as much for a salad you would think it's made fresh.Gross! Get a whole new staff!
We hadn't had Wendy's in a long time. It was great super nice people and the the food was awesome
The food is good but the service needs work. The girl was on the speaker laughing and having a side conversation: unprofessional. I had to repeat my order 3x. You don't get apologies or a thank you these days. Customer service has really gone to hell.
Made my order through app. Once arrived normal check in at speaker. At second window I could hear them yelling about boiling chicken.Shortly after a this same lady yelling, attempted to lie to me and say the store never received the order. Hmm I wonder how it was refunded right after your yelling at your employees.(I get account updates for all transactions)On top of that I guess they didn't want to sell me anything at all apparently and sent me away without even a sorry or a goodbye.Obviously I ate elsewhere and why bother returning and wasting more time.
Boubon burger had all the sauce and bacon on only one bite of the burger, not spread out at all, and fries were old and soggy. Only giving 2 stars because the staff wasn't rude.
