I really enjoyed the rice,hotbraised chicken and the crab ragoon,it was good it didn't take long for my food I will definitely be back
i work here and each day customers will come in and argue with me about how they ordered at this location and then they’re orders at the other location or using expired coupons and trying to use all the coupons even when we specify how to use them and tell you there ARE LIMITS
This is the second time we have ordered shrimp Lo Mein and received thick spaghetti noodles instead of classic Lo Mein noodles. I have watched this restaurant start as a five star from the grand opening and start to decline in service and food. I’ve watched the closing of another location and now I’m disappointed that the owner allows for employees not to answer the phone, make terrible food and simply not care. I trust this business as well as the other location to end up closing. Sad to say, this business just isn’t the great business it started out being. Sad state of affairs. By the by where is the owner???
I ordered shrimp St. Paul and shrimp fried rice no flavor in either order shrimp was dried in hard nasty never ever will I go back to the Rice house in the shrimp St. Paul it was only three hard in dried shrimp The worst in St. Louis that I have taste it This is the shrimp st.Paul getting ready to ThrowThis half away right along with the other half wasted money in time dam!!!
The Good: the Cheeseburger Eggrolls and Strawberry Cheesecake Rangoon were great! These two carried the rating of this place for sure. The fried rice was also solid.The Bad: the lo mein was bland, and you can't get a half order so I'll save you the trouble of getting a 6 pound box of nothing.The Ugly: the duck, while tasty, had bones everywhere and I don't understand why it was cut that way. Gross. I think the chicken and broccoli also had a bone in my first bite which was unpleasant. I don't come to stir fry to bite into bones!
Cashiers do not listen. On top of not getting my order right cashier wanted to argue with me about things I ordered that they didn’t give me I had to drive all the way back just to wait while the rest of my food I ordered get cold. Not happy at all about this experience I come here to much no worries I won’t be back no time soon
The food is good but I wish the attitudes and the customer service matched the food , they need a course in service and attitude adjustments, and the restaurant area stays dirty...the cashier was arguing with the cooks in front of customers and the lady that brought out the food coughed in her hand and then served the customer their order, very disgusting, won't be back
Unfortunately this hole in the wall is garbage. My order is never right! I always get someone else’s order and have to sit for another 30mins to get it. EVERYTIME. (Over 7 times) I tried to support but the food and service, it’s not worth it! Also the owner (the husband) doesn’t care! “Get your food and get out” is the vibe at this Rice House.Waaaay too pricey. I wouldn’t mind paying any price if I was treated like I was welcomed and received the food I order. Never going back here. Also the cashiers make you feel like you’re annoying them. Very nasty attitudes.How can you be rude to a paying customer? These customers are the reason you have a job. ??♀️ Why are these women so angry here!?!
Rice is great. Almost better than Eastside, but damn they high. This is Baller Rice. But it's my people in their making the rice, so I don't mind.
